Beautiful private home with all the amenities to create a great vacation: Outdoor screened deck with fireplace, hot tub, large great room with fireplace and gaming table, high end kitchen with Viking SS appliances, play room with pool table and 55” TV with Netflix and more, 2 master bedroom suites, large bunk room for kids. Adirondack furniture and trims throughout. Wifi, Sonos, laundry, 2 car garage, and more. All located in the exclusive Fawn Ridge area of Lake Placid, lot’s of privacy yet close to all the wonderful adventures that await you in Lake Placid, ADK, whiteface and beyond! PLEASE NOTE: Lake Placid has strict rules for short term renters. This includes a good neighbor policy that does not permit outdoor noise between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am. There can be no parties. This property is limited to a maximum of 14 guests and 6 cars in the driveway. Thank you in advance for your compliance on these matters. Permit#300026. IM Week
My family enjoyed our stay. The home and furniture are in great condition and exceeded our expectations. It was a great amount of space for our group with numerous living areas to spread out. It made for a very relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Family Vacation 2025
This magnificent home is our favorite of all of the homes we’ve ever vacationed in! Marc the homeowner went above and beyond to make sure our trip from start to finish was absolutely perfect! Mark gave several suggestions for activities to do in the area and checked in with me upon our arrival. The home is enormous but cozy and grand at the same time! Fully stocked and large enough for our family of 13! We can’t wait to return! Thank you for your hospitality Mark! I give you and your gorgeous home a 10!

Lacrosse Tournament stay
We had a great time and the house was perfect. Great location and beautiful home. Host was always available if something came up and was very responsive.
