This is our 5th stay here, showing how we used to be so satisfied with this hotel. We booked 3 night stay and unfortunately our last stay was kind of disastrous, esp. Breakfast time. Lack of tables, lack of food, and the worst thing was the cleanliness. Coffee machine is broken, splatters everywhere. I posted several pics to show it. I hope the management can deal with this thing seriously.

Great stay. Very close to the convention hall. Will come here again for a future convention exhibition.

One of my best time staying at IHG hotels, will surely comeback next time 👍

Giving best service both in place and staf

The location of the hotel is not convenient . Even changing money is hard here. So before coming here change your money first. Apart from transportation convenience, hotel is good. Staff is kind n helpful. Though breakfast is poor. Mostly for chinese travelers. There is starbucks in the hotel and poolside cafe . So you wont be bored. Food for business travelers

Overall it is very good as it closed to the exhibition Center ( even you can grab a taxi without traffic )

Clean as with all IHG chains Rubbish place because they charge US$3 for a bucket of ice. I requested for a cup of ice as there were no refrigerators in the room. Turns out, they forgot to put a fridge in my room. In return, instead of apologising and giving me the cup of ice, they said they don’t provide ice cubes but I can buy a bucket for US$3 each time. Hello? I don’t need a bucket of ice. I need a cup of cold water because you didn’t provide a refrigerator?? Hotel refuse to budge, maybe it was a rubbish policy. Location wise, behind JIexpo. A bit out of the way from most food/mall.

Good location, not far from city center, good amenities, good breakfast, recommended

Good hotel to stay if you have to visit Jakarta JIE fair complex. Iron board in each room.

Came for an expo and this hotel sits right next to the event place. No need to take any transportation to get there. 5mins walk tops if the back entrance is closed. If not 2mins!

Hotel Service can not understand English the lobby smells

Was attending an event at the expo during my stay. Good only for expo event with nothing else around it. Very bad experience during check in, was assigned to a room that was already occupied by others, shocking when I open my door to see luggage’s and stuff. Was reassigned to another room and shocking to find so many hairs around the toilet area, call room service twice and waited for long time before they come to clean up. Cleanliness need to be improved! Breakfast was very simple and messy. I guess it’s due to the expo crowd and the whole hotel was fully booked.
