Staffs are helpful and nice. Room layout and size is the main reason I chose to stay here. Rate is a bit high, but quite worth what you got.

Excellent stay. Love the rooms. Only set back is toilet had a smell. But overall bedsheets smells good and amenities are perfect. I would come.back again. Near mall and food.

My 4th stay, definitely one of the best hotel in Jakarta. Conveniently located beside PIK Avenue and only 15mins from airport. One of the highlight is their breakfast which is full of variety. Hotel room is very big and clean. The only downside is the shower does not have door therefore water always spill out

very kind and warming attitude of stuff, very good pick up service at airport! the room except the bed is not very clean, so surprised of the bath room, there is the hair of someone before me , there are a lot of dust on the utensils; white paste marks on the switch;the mirror is surrounded by dust.

Always stay here whenever short trip to jakarta. Location near airport and the hotel itself connected to mall. In PIK area.

Booked a Swiss Advantage type room but was informed that the room is exactly the same as the normal rooms, apart from it being located on the high floors. The price difference per night is around S$30, so for those that only comes back at night to sleep it's probably not worth paying more for high floors. I feel that the differences in the room-type can be better communicated to us in your website. The room decor itself is modern and clean. However, some of the furnishings are not well maintained and can see signs of aging. Location is no-doubt the best feature of the hotel, located 15mins drive from the Airport and is directly connected to PIK Avenue Mall. The mall itself is huge, but seems empty. They have the usual brands like Uniqlo and Cinema. Massage places are lacking; we went to Meiso Reflexology (few stalls beside the Cinema). Small stall and basic, but they've nice massages. Check-in was prompt and service was well. Requested for late check-in and was given an hour extension to 1pm. Breakfast variety is decent, but the tastes are lacking. Personally, I'd rather venture out and eat the local delicacies. Nearby the hotel is the PIK market (around 10mins walking distance)

I like this hotel due to the strategic location and convenience hotel link to shopping mall .

Cozy hotel and good location

All good and happy. Lovely trip. Conveniently located near the international airport and there a nice mall with lots of cafe and food attached.

I stayed few years back before pandemic. They service really nice breakfast at the hotel. This round of stay actually is below my expectation. But overall is still a nice hotel.
