Hotel in PIK, simple, clean, staff is polite and very helpful, price is not expensive, may stay again.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped, lots of restaurants nearby..

So far so good. Even waiting for long time to meet the admin to take the apartment's key. The view to sea is perfect. Nice for spending time with family. But it will be much better to have alternatif big room that a whole family can spend time together in a big room

The room is so small for 2 people. The toilet is also small, and not much amenities were provided. Eventho the building is nice, but unfortunately the room is quite small and uncomfortable. The amenities are great, you have microwave, stove and etc.. but with the limited space, it has became useless. Nevertheless, if you are planning to stay here for a 16 hours transit then yes go ahead. However I do not recommend, because there are a lot more better hotel out there.

I had the best experience over there with an outstanding sea view. I was happy with the location, it was easily reachable everywhere. Thank you so much. Hopefully will book to stay again.🙏

We could use TJ from Jakarta to Gold Coast. It is a strategic place for staycation. There is Fresh Market accross the street so don't worry if it not included meals. The price of the meals is affordable! Worth it! The room is comfortable and clean. Don't forget to call the owner before arriving so he can ask his staff to meet us.

Extremely Poor Accommodation Experience at Gold Coast Longue Suites Booked 5 nights at Gold Coast Longue Suites and had an extremely poor accommodation experience. Do not book here. 1. Started contacting the hotel via WhatsApp at 1:30 PM, but no one responded. Followed up every hour, but the WhatsApp contact on the booking information page kept redirecting me to another person. 2. Finally reached the hotel after 4 PM, and they said they would send someone to check us in. I understand the need to pay a deposit, but when I asked when it would be refunded, the person became very impatient and even tried to take money from my wallet. I was extremely angry on the spot. If checking out is as troublesome as checking in, I would rather not stay. 3. Unable to get a refund. After waiting for over 3 hours without being able to check in, I proactively contacted customer service to request a refund or change to another hotel due to the poor service attitude. They refused to refund, claiming contractual spirit. Is their idea of contractual spirit to leave guests hanging without responding and then trying to take their money? Ultimately, I had to compromise, but I will definitely not stay here again in the future. 4. Thanks to TRIP.COM for actively contacting the hotel for me. I finally checked in at 8 PM. From 1:30 PM to 8 PM, it took almost 7 hours to check in. The low rating of this place is justified. Do not book here.

Good place for stay with family

Room actually too small for family. View quite good, clean room, complete enough amenities, but need lil bit effort for the Check in & check out process

It seems like a hotel in trip.com. Its listed as hotel in trip.com. Hold and behold. Its airbnb. Its an apartment. So, u have to contact the "hotel". Call or whatsapp can go unanswered. So prepare to call or whatsapp at least 1 to 2 hours before for check in or check out. Then expect to wait for the arrival of staff to bring u up or check you out. Prepare 500k rupiah as deposit. Other than these, the "hotel" is ok. Good view. Family mart on ground floor. I will stay here again if its a longer stay because its the cheaper option in the area. Ome more thing to note, they do change the bedsheets even if its a night stay. I saw the guy changing it.
