Review: 4/5 I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy nearby dining options. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was especially cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary bottled water and toiletries. However, the room felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the space effectively. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The dining staff were attentive, making sure everything was well-stocked. I just wish the coffee could have been better—it felt a little weak compared to what I expected. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, but the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours. A larger pool or more seating would have been ideal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend [Hotel Name] to others. With a few small improvements, this could easily become a 5-star experience!

Despite old building, room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple buffet.

Several repeat stays. Location is excellent. Good value for clean accommodation that comes with breakfast. Service is generally good but there is always room for improvement. Certain rooms are dated with issues like leaking and/or noisy AC. However, one can always request for a change of room. Overall, the stay is pleasant and enjoyable.

we stayed for 3 days on a business trip, but we found that the elevator was so crowded that we had to wait quite a long time. the food and breakfast service seems ordinary. but the staff serves guests very well

Hotel have a good location in the township. Good access to lotte shopping. Good breakfast in the morning and room wise it's huge. Loving the room design and service they have here. Downside is parking b2 stinks bad. And elevator can be really slow in the morning during peak hour.... Elevator is buggy too where is misses floor sometimes... :( killing down a bit of the overall experience

Close to big mall (but be prepared to hear from mosque at sunrise) and nice breakfasts. Place have some weariness on it. Some cockroach issues.

Good feelings about the hotel, Room was spacious and good. A mini mart would be convenient for Hotel guests altho the nearby Lotte Mart is a 7 minute walk, the gate to it is closed at 9pm. It was a rush for us late commer, looking for cheap eats and affordable beers. Breakfast spread was good. I like the pickled fruits. It was crowded even at 8am, hard to find a table. I would return again.

Although the room is too small, it was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet wasn’t up to my standards. Staff were friendly and helpful
