A Nice Retreat and Excellent place to enjoy Kona.This beautiful and well equipped home awaits you! Granite counters, tile floors and a wonderful king size bed are great, but you were drawn here to be on the ocean. Relax on the lanai as the ocean breeze refreshes you. Watch and listen as the surf splashes against the seawall. Look out for dolphins, turtles. and, in season, whales.The condo is well equipped to make your stay here most enjoyable. We are always working on upgrades, so the pictures may not always show the newest upgrades. Cable for high speed internet and the flat screen tv is a must. The kitchen is ready for the chef to prepare their specialties, or maybe you have ordered some take out and dine al fresco watching the sun set over the ocean. Plenty of parking is around and usually steps away from the front door. Ground floor entry, no stairs, is especially welcome by seniors, parents with young children and those with much luggage. There is a grill just outside, at the communal area.Sea Village is a well designed and maintained complex. Tropical plants and gardens are throughout the property. The pool and spa area are Oceanside in the center of the property. Next to those are the outdoor dining area with gas grills. A great place to gather and meet new friends. At the entrance to Sea Village is The Green Flash Cafe. This is an amazing place. It is small and everything is made fresh for you.Kailua Village is less than a mile away. A leisurely 20-30 minute walk, if you are so inclined, or a 3 minute drive. There is lots of free parking behind the many shops and restaurants. You can also catch the Kona Trolley. Security is friendly and can help get you checked in. That $30 cleaning fee was for your parking pass. I have extra gate key cards for you inside the kitchen welcome book. Your assigned covered private parking spot is steps away from the residence. Guest parking for additional vehicles is available. After your journey to Hawaii, central air conditioning, nice bathrooms, and comfortable furniture feel good. Of course, cold water, beers, and coffee are in the main refrigerator waiting for your arrival.The master bedroom is upstairs, and it has its own bathroom and private lanai. Furnishings include an excellent California king with a variety of pillows and an inversion table, which is just what your body needs after a long flight. The guest bedroom downstairs also has a very comfortable California king. In that room, there is an inflatable bed, futons, extra pillows, and blankets. People always seem to choose the living room couch. This place is comfortable. The downstairs bathroom has two sinks, a full bathtub, a Japanese toilet, and heated towel racks. A full first-aid kit with everything from sunscreen and analgesics to sutures is under the counter between the sinks. Both of the bedrooms and the kitchen are often used as workspaces. The wifi is excellent. You have a printer/scanner/fax and office supplies. Swimming between tasks is the done thing. Your kitchen is well-equipped. It has two sinks, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and an air fryer. You can even sous vide steaks before putting them on one of the gas grills outside. The in-unit washer and dryer are excellent. Laundry soaps are provided, and so is a folding table. The lanai downstairs has a wet bar. The living room contains a huge sectional reclining couch that I have woken up on many times, having fallen asleep watching movies on the state of the art 64” OLED equipped with Netflix, Prime, a PlayStation 5 and even whatever else you want to cast to the screen. There are surfboards, pickle balls, golf clubs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, and video games. These toys are at the entrance, in the living room, and there are fishing poles in the lanai closet. Kona Plaza 318 is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom with a King bed and a Queen bed, a front loader washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, elevator, and underground parking. Everything you need for a comfortable stay we try to provide. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shopping, entertainment, Kailua Pier, where the Ironman championship starts, all the town's holiday parade, and the Kokua Kailua Stroll. The unit is immaculate and organized. It is very spacious and comfortable for 2 to 4 people. An oversized walk-in shower and a shower head make it feel like you are taking a bath in the rain, a front loader washing machine and dryer, there is a lot of storage/closet, a renovated kitchen with electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster/oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. The room has a king-size bed, office table and chair, and a Smart TV with movie- -on-demand. There are two terrace areas where you can hang out and barbeque or read a book located on the 3rd floor, by the far right end from unit 318, and the second, located on the 4th floor overlooking Alii Dr. There is a swimming pool on the first floor which is gated. However, it can be accessed by the Primus Key that works the elevator to the basement. In all areas mentioned, "Smoking" is not allowed. The room has a Queen-sized bed, two recliner chairs, bookshelves with books, Wi-Fi internet, and another Smart TV. On the Lanai, you can see the big L-shape sofa, four-seater dining table, and the counter height rectangular table with two bar stools. Suppose you are trying to get away for a day or even more to relax and recharge yourself.
