Our newly remodeled waterfront oasis in Cherry Grove! Our 3-bedroom house boasts incredible views of the Cherry Grove Channel, with a generous balcony and deck right over the water. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, game room, and cozy bedrooms. When you're ready for beach time, grab our complimentary beach package and head to the shore. Plus, unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Amenities * Scenic waterfront views of the Cherry Grove Channel. * Private hot tub and expansive balcony equipped with a grill and outdoor dining area. * Relaxing deck over the water featuring a fire pit. * Entertainment options include a game room with Pac-Man and foosball, as well as smart TVs for streaming services. * Complimentary beach essentials: wagon, chairs, and cooler. Beds and Baths * 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds: 1 king, 1 queen, and 5 twins. * 2 full bathrooms; primary bedroom includes a private bathroom. Kitchen * Fully equipped kitchen featuring a Keurig coffee machine. Parking * Ample parking space available on the property. * Parking is available for 4-6 cars. Area * Short walking distance to the popular Cherry Grove Beach and Pier. * Located in a serene neighborhood, offering both relaxation and convenience. The non-refundable Pet Fee is $150 per pet. Please keep in mind that this home is pet-friendly. While we make every effort to keep it spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss some. This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF North Myrtle Beach! We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event.
