Prince Resort

The entire trip from the car to the room was questionable. The elevators were dirty, slow, broken, and worn. The room itself was ok. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was nice. The view was amazing. The carpets were VERY dirty. The couch was like plastic and had no support. The bed was uncomfortable and the frame was sticking out about 4 inches and got my husband's shin a few times. The bathroom was poorly maintained. The door to the pool slammed hard on the back of my heel. Parking and the lazy river were located across the street and was pretty inconvenient. All advertisements show the pier but you have to pay $3 per person just to walk on it. We expected more from a resort.

Our stay at Prince Resort exceeded our expectations. Our 2 bedroom condo in Tower 2 was incredible. We had a perfect sunrise view as we watched the waves coming in off the ocean. That is the most relaxed I’ve been in years. We loved having the garage so convenient and secure also.

The Prince Resort is a wonderful resort for a beach vacation! The rooms have comfortable beds, large bathrooms, full kitchens, and the BEST ocean views! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I will be planning another trip to Prince Resort very soon.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Prince's resort. The staff was very pleasant to talk with and accommodating when we needed something. We love that you don't have far to go to get to the beach or stores. Rooms and bathrooms are big, spacious, and clean. Also enjoy the beautiful view walking on the Pier.

Had a great view and nice room but they have got to do something about the elevator situation. Apparently there are no staff elevators in tower 1 so you have staff and guests all fighting to go up and down the 3 elevators. There were times the wait for the elevator was 30 minutes. Staff told us how terrible it was as well and happens when the resort is busy. It was terrible I spent hours of my 4 night vaca waiting for elevators. The design of the parking garage and hotel could logistically be much better. Getting in and out of the parking garage is annoying with the elevators and steps on the back of the building and hotel guests can’t park until floor 3. I wanted to love the prince but it was nothing special and elevators made it awful. The location is nice right at the pier and the view from my room was great. Room had the bare minimum for utensils in the kitchen but otherwise the room was comfy and had a great view. It was hard to sleep being the bedroom was right outside the elevator and started dinging early in the morning. So anyhow other than the elevators being terrible in more ways than one the room was fine as long as you don’t want to leave it you’re good.

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME!! Booked my suite online through my work. When I arrived to check in the manager/Him/Her stated I would have to pay and additional $42 for taxes after I already paid $55 in taxes. When we arrived at our room it smelled like mildew. Looked updated but dirty. Floors had dirt & sand on them. Bathroom floor had dirt and hair on it. I asked the cleaning crew to sweep & mop. They said it was not included. I guess when you get a good price on a room. Room service is not included. WTH kind of resort is this!! The show was cool but attracts a lot of loud drunks falling around. I would not call this a Family resort but more like The Budget Inn Resort. This is definitely a 2star hotel. The door in the 2nd tower entering the pool is a hazard. Sticks will not open. The elevators and hallways are hot & dirty. As much as you pay breakfast should be included. I spoke to a gentleman that has stayed her for the last 8yrs. He said it’s going downhill. Poor customer service,dirty pools,flooding,etc.

The front desk lady who checked us in was great and friendly. Our room was very spacious, clean, and updated. All staff was always friendly and helpful. The. beach was very crowded, but it was the 4th of July week. The pool was clean. Watching fireworks from our balcony was also nice!

The rooms were clean and spacious with fantastic views. The NO smoking policy was a plus bc we are not smokers and we have a disabled granddaughter with heart and lung problems that was a plus. Checking in and checking out was flawless process.

Love the view, ocean front with a lagoon view as well❣️ Pool ‍♂️ n the 9th floor of tower 2 Pier is open but cost 3 bucks for the day use. Pier restaurant is popping all day. Love this place. We had the 3 bedroom suite. Great mattress. Love the huge room.
