The hotel is tucked in behind a competitor's hotel but was easy enough to find. Check in was efficient and the staff was friendly. The room smelled strongly of cleanser but was clean. The main problem was that the elevator was out of service and our handicap room was on the fourth floor. They were able to give us a non handicap room on the second floor but that still involved climbing stairs. Who doesn't have handicap accessible rooms on the ground floor?

Wish I had read my own review before booking this place. The hotel and the rooms were clean, and the staff is pleasant. King bed had some of the smallest pillows I've ever seen, that was weird. They've clearly invested a lot of money to convert something tired and run down into something nicer, but- walking through the building all we could muster was "what have we done to ourselves". When we pulled in the parking lot, we kind of already knew this place was going to be unique, just looking at the folks milling around the parking lot. This is not your hotel for a romantic weekend away...it's a stop, sleep, be gone hotel. Regretted booking non-refundable....I'd have never gone inside after pulling in the parking lot.

Very clean and extremely nice facility. Big improvement from years past. Claudia and Edward made our stay very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Unfortunately encountered a live bedbug (couldn'tattachedthe video). Also notice that someone threw somehow a hair extension onto the water sprinkler right before you got to our bedroom that was disgusting. I have to say the front desk was very polite and offered us to relocate but we only was there for one night. Oh..the rooms were severely in need of dusting...I broke out in hives all over my body....It took at least 4 days for it to clear up. The GM called a couple days later and made everything better with refunding the rooms.

My wife and I along with our dog stayed at this lovely facility. The staff was friendly and professional. They made us feel like we were family. The room was clean and comfortable. We found this to be a very pleasant place to stay while in North Myrtle Beach. We will stay here again on our next visit. There are a number of wonderful restaurants close by,

This is about a half hour to beach if there is traffic. The staff was super friendly , attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was great for being a hotel breakfast. The pool is unusable in my opinion. It is very small and basically in the parking lot. Room was clean. Towels were very tiny so ask for more at desk.

It was the worst hotel stay of my life. Room reeked of bleach, toilet seat was loose, black mold on bottom of shower curtain, dirt on floor was swept but not picked up, heater/air conditioner was very loud, 3 pillows were quite old and flimsy and to top it off the room next to the elevator prevented anything resembling sleep. Do not let the hot breakfast included influence your stay.

Would have preferred, a nicer room, that was cleaner, it was a pet friendly, however room had odors, room fresheners would have helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did cut our visit short, mainly bc because of room. Bed not comfortable as well.

The hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were clean as well. The continental breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes as well as fruit, breakfast bars, cereal, and waffles. Also coffee, orange and apple juice. This is a pet friendly hotel. I was not familiar enough with the area when making reservations. It was nice but I would have liked staying closer to the beach.
