The view at this hotel is the best. The staff are very nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable. Not so much room amenities are provided, only drinking water, towel and soap - no shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryer.

Value for money hotel, very nice view from the cafe. Good breakfast in the morning. The staff brought in a fan immediately when we told them the one we had wasn't working

.The best service we had in Etiopia Panoramic view of the lake from the room. Nice balcony Very big rooms Very good food and service Big and unique lobby. Lobby is also outside with lake view Very good shower, but there is no shampoo Big parking lot

The place is so quite and escaped from the city a little bit but everything inside the venue is astonishing and the waiters are so good with a good dining place .1 thing I suggest is dont walk if the day is getting darker you should have your own arranged transport

This hotel is amazing. The views, the staff, the food and the atmosphere are an incredible must if you are in Arba Minch. Waking up to the sound of birds overlooking the beautiful national park valley is truly incredible. My favourite aspect of this hotel was the terrace restaurant with magnificent views and very friendly staff. At night you can hear Hyenas in the valley and you may stumble across a Baboon in the hotel grounds, an incredible experience!

Mora Heights offers breathtaking views of the two lakes and mountains. On most mornings, we were privileged to observe local wildlife, including baby baboons. The menu features a diverse selection of international and local cuisine at highly competitive prices compared to other hotels. When booking your stay, I recommend choosing the lake view rooms, as they feature balconies that allow you to fully appreciate the stunning scenery. The restaurant also overlooks the view, providing a relaxing ambiance for your meals.

A very spectacular view from Restaurant and bungalow. Mr. Wondimagegn gave me even an update of my bungalow for free. Food and drinks are prepared fast and fine and I spend lots of time watching the two lakes an d beautiful view over the forest of the national park.

Beautiful position and very kind staff. Manager, Mr Wandy always present and taking care of every necessity. Superb dinner in front of the valley and lakes. Fish was excellent! Well done guys, if I will have the chance to be back I will surely stay again here.

We had a second wonderful stay at Mora Heights Hotel. The rooms are simple, clean with hot water, moskito nets, a terrasse with an amazing view. What else do we need? The manager Wondee runs this place on an exellent way. He is able to get a good visitors mix, with travellors and students or people from Arba Minch, who enjoy in the same way the wonderful fruits shakes or the tasty meals. It gives us travellors the feeling to be part of the living here. Specially on sunday the terrasse is crowded with couples enjoying their free day. The manager is all day arround answering our questions and is very helpful. Because of him, we`ve even still gotten a perfect medical treatment at 9pm. Betam Ameseghenalo to Wondee an his team. We looking forward to come back next year. :)
