Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte I-80

A clean hotel with nice staff. The rooms are clean, roomy, and well lighted. The beds are comfortable and the suites have comfortable furniture. Easy access from and to I-80. A gas station/convenience store is located just a short 3 minute walk close by. Also, Capone’s restaurant is a 4 minute walk and this place has excellent reasonably priced food. The Peg Leg brewery is located across the street from Capones.

Hotel was fine. We confirmed a king “suite” room but it was not. Had king bed but very small room. (Room 226). Next door room 228 had 2 barking dogs at 1230am, 145am, 230am, 4am, 530am. Got no sleep. Bad stay all around. We called front desk 3 times no one answered twice.

We were only needing a hotel for a night and I stuck with a favorite hotel chain and it didn't disappoint! The girls at the front desk were very helpful with helping us find a close by restaurant for dinner. Our room was nice size. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel was a central point for us to meet various family members for a reunion. The breakfast area was a great place for our group to meet, even for the outside visitors, Cynthia did a great job accommodating our group. The hotel was clean and airy and welcoming.

This was a great place. Don't trust Google to get you there. They took us to a 5 year old address miles away. Just use the address from the Choice web site. It was close the the interstate on the East side of town. It was clean, fairly new, and very secure out of town proper. Parking was good. The best thing was the service. My knee was killing me we were arriving late. I called to ask the hot tub hours. 7am to 11pm (generous), but she says we will buzz you in if it's not too late. Then I asked should I reserve with her or the app. She was quick to say the app gives better rates, and it did. We arrive, all of the patrons keys are ready to hand out. At breakfast the lady infant of me took the last of the low carb stuff I need to eat. In short order some one was by to fry up another batch of eggs and bacon. So it's fresh made stuff. I point at the milk looking at an attendant and boom, he is getting it refilled. The staff here is excellent. Breakfast was above average. I am sure some one will mention the elevator door open and close buttons were waiting repair, but how often do you need those? They have 3 luggage carts, in good working order. The TV has 40 channels. The refrigerator has a relatively large freezer compartment for freezing our water bottles. The microwave was a tad small, but adequate. The hot tub was large, simple and very warm. To be honest the pool was pleasantly warm too. They had a nice exercise room. Highly recommended.

Bathroom tiles surrounding toilet were loose and sewer fumes were emanating from the bathroom. We turned the fan on, placed a moist bath towel at bottom of the (closed) door and made a night of it. I mentioned the conditions at check-out: Response was that they’ll get someone right on it. Seriously — How do these hotels get rated so well??

Staff exceptional, was upgraded to a suite room, bed very comfortable, clean except the shower doors did need to be cleaned a little better to remove soap scum. That and the breakfast is the reason for only 4 out of 5. Breakfast was cold, cold eggs, cold sausage links, cold biscuit, and if you stir the gravy it was lukewarm. All in all I would most certainly stay here again.

Good: -clean -friendly staff -bed reasonably comfortable -breakfast food selection -location/safety -room layout/furniture Needs work: -fix the elevators! Buttons/face plates are all broken/taped down or just missing all together -pool was lack luster.. maybe the room, windows, floors needed cleaned? Just felt dark and dingy.

Nice place to take a break from a road trip! Felt clean and well maintained. Quiet place with a nice little gym and pool. No complaints, plenty of light and decent amount of space. The funny part was how small the pillows were idk seemed like half size but I had my own to use.
