It was most amazing experience in this hotel the stay was very nice. And the staff behaviour was very ultimate. And specially Vikram sir and pema ma'am nature was very good.thank u so much to the udaan grp also

Clean and spacious room.Hospitality is good.Hotel manager and staff is very helpful.Food is good Special thanks to Mr.Munna.As we have to go early in morning for gurudongmar lake, staff has packed our breakfast.would recommend this hotel.

Good budget friendly stay. The food was amazing. Recommend for one night stay as most of the north Sikkim trips require only a night stay at Lachen. Overall recommend for the stay and the food it offers

We had a good experience here. There was issue with kettle, but they provided hot drinking water. Dinner provided was really good, simple but best. Breakfast was just bread with some biscuits, could be better. But we had to leave by 6am, so no much complains on that.

Good location and one of the best property in lauhen...specious, clean and decent rooms....excellent service...friendly staff...very good sstisfying Veg food...personal care taken by Manager....Highly recommended...

I visited Lachen with my friends in March 2022. 1. Good hotel with home cooked food and spacious rooms. 2. Good hospitality with very polite staff. 3. Manager was very sweet and took good care of us. Very happy with the hotel. Highly recommended

We had planned our trip to North Sikkim (Lachen and Lachung) in March 22 through eSikkim Tourism and we stayed in Royal Lachen for 1 day. Although the hotel has spacious rooms (which had great scenic outdoor views), however the Restroom Geyser was not operational at all in our room which was a huge bummer in such cold temperatures (4 degrees at night). Even so, I must say that - the hotel staffs were very friendly, cooperative, helpful and attended to all our concerns and needs. Overall it was a good experience for us to have stayed in Royal Lachen.

Staff and manager were courteous. Dinner was included in the package which was quite tasty and homely. We had to leave early next day so they packed the breakfast as well. Breakfast was very basic with packaged food and bread jam. Rooms were decent and big enough, considering the location.

We were not expecting to much in Lachen,but we had a surprisingly enjoyable stay at this hotel .mr Pintu excellent hospitality and the amazing homely food.....it was a wonderful stay ,room was clean ,room was very Spacious ,the facilities provided were just great...
