Great place. Comfortable and cosy room. Whoever did the interior design did a first class job. Everything was in the right place, and it was aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The couple running it were perfect hosts. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful old coach house in North Stainley Ripon. B&B. Clean, lovely decor, lovely breakfast in a beautiful separate breakfast room. It felt like a small hotel. Very quiet and picturesque surrounding. Very helpful and frendly staff. Already looking forward to my next stay. ***** 😊

We had a fantastic one night stay here. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and it was really quiet at night. Shower was brilliant and bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the breakfast room is lovely. Easy check in and out and plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed a couple of nights at this lovely, attractive B&B. The basic double room, whilst fairly small, was lovely. It was clean and well appointed. There was double bed, two chairs, small table, small hanging space, mini fridge, safe, TV, and fair size ensuite with good shower! Private parking was plentiful. The hosts were lovely, and breakfasts were excellent. Both evenings we ate in the pub across the road where the food was excellent. Also so pretty in the snow!

Excellent B&B rooms are immaculate with a wall in shower en-suite. Breakfast was delicious and in a great cosy building adjacent to the self contained bedrooms. Parking was plentiful and the pub opposite was quiet and we had a great evening meal and drinks with a very short walk back to our room. Will stay again for sure.

Exceptionally high standard of accommodation. Attention to detail includes fresh flowers in reception room and on breakfast table Delicious breakfast. Room very comfortable and included a safe and fridge in room. TV had streaming services available. Manicured gardens. Beautiful location. Private parking. Close proximity to Ripon and Fountains Abbey.. Pub over the road serves food. Cannot recommend more highly.

Stayed just the one night on our travels and it was everything we expected and more. Room was clean, functional and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was superb, all freshly made to order and the staff were very friendly. They clearly understand how to run this place and I just can't fault anything. The pub across the road is not only handy but served great food too.

We stayed here the night of our wedding as our reception was across the road. The room was lovely, there were flowers and rose when we arrived. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast was amazing and we were able to add another person on at last minute. Thank you so much for helping make our special day one to remember and amazing. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Sophie and Kenny x

The buildings were beautiful and plenty of parking was available. The room was large but not homely, just functional. Cleanliness wasn’t the best, there was grime on the floor around the shower and in the overflow of the sink. There were several cobwebs and spiders and a large piece of broken glass on the floor just outside our bedroom door. The layout of the bathroom was weird, with the towels hanging on the towel rail right next to the toilet. The bed was quite comfortable and there was a decent television and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfasts were very average for a supposedly 5 star B&B. Having said all of the above - the staff were very nice and helpful. We got the feeling that the owners were not present and not sure if it had changed hands but it seemed like it was benefitting from previous awards and 5 star ratings but had gone downhill since.
