A Quiet Relaxing Place! My son's and I, had a great time in Vancouver. This rental is very clean, quiet and has everything you could want. Heating was quiet and comfortable. A short walk or ride to coffee house's and a great market "Thrifty" only in name. Close proximity to some great trails for hiking. I would definitely rent this 2 bedroom unit again.

Very comfortable, clean and user friendly suite. All amenities needed were provided. We would definitely recommend this suite to anyone.

Nice and clean basement we enjoyed from staying there.

This property looked nice online but was somewhat of a let down when we arrived. I do understand that it is a basement apartment, but it does have fairly large windows shown in all the photos so I was hopeful that it wouldn’t be a dungeon. Unfortunately, the only view from any window in this unit to into a concrete gravel pit. It made it feel very dark even though the interior lighting is done well. No complaints regarding cleanliness other than the sheets were extremely stiff and wrinkly and there was no top sheet on the bed. It didn’t make for the most comfortable sleep.. one of the rooms also has a broken door hinge so it was very difficult to open and close and the multiple rugs and carpets stacked on top of each other didn’t help the situation. The door kept getting stuck on the rug. There are also zero mirrors in this unit other than the 1 in the bathroom so that made things extremely difficult for us. No issues with the owner of the unit but we really weren’t there other than to sleep as it wasn’t all that comfortable of a place to hang out. Quiet hours after 9pm so you can’t really do much in regards to using the space in the evenings when you are there.. I wish I just spent the extra $ to get us a hotel honestly. This was an expensive let down.
