1. Pillows drapes and room ambience not up to the mark. There are no reading lamps. The pullover quilts are not provided just blankets. 2. Displayed room tariffs for additional occupancy shows INR 1000, but at reception they ask for INR 1500. 3. Except for service and hospitality by some members, the hotel lacks a decent welcome and hospitality for the guests. 4. I am a frequent international traveller, and I will not recommend this for family stays. 5. This hotel is primarily meant for sponsored stays of factories and industries in the industrial area in the vicinity, for the factory meets for their workers and staff.

Hi , The stay at the property has been terrible. There were multiple issues that we faced during out stay at the property. 1. Nowhere on the property's page it is mentioned that outside liquor is not allowed. When we arrived at the property they said it is mentioned. I later found it is mentioned that Outside food is not permitted. I was carrying 2 bottles of alcohol, they said if you want us to permit the same you will have to pay INR500 per bottle and then only we will allow you to carry the same with you. I had no option but to pay or where else would I throw the bottles. This is their way to make money. 2. I have never seen a hotel where the power cuts so frequently. The power was going off so frequently. We were unable to sleep as there was power cut in the morning for good 2-3 hours. On top of it their Air con was not even working. Whenever the power comes back we have to manually switch on the Aircon and it still wasn't working. 3. Their check out is a long process. They take good 15 minutes to prepare the bill and do not care about your time. 5. They charges my credit card with INR3000 as a security deposit. When I told them not to charge the card and take a pre authorization like all the other hotels do. They did charge my card. When i was clearing the bills and I told them I will pay the bill via UPI and made the payment and they are refunding me wish cash and not refunded my CC. Please think twice before booking this hotel. Horrible experience.

I have never met with such rude and unprofessional staff..will never suggest anyone to stay here. Staff is very unprofessional and very rude They stopped us from having breakfast and said the breakfast was not included in our stay and after discussing for half hour they said they had some glitches inside and now we can have our breakfast and no one even apologised.. Felt really insulted and helpless Plz avoid stays here..

This is one of the good hotel climate and services very good one of best hotel Hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, offering stunning views of the river and convenient access to the city center. The staff were polite and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Excellent hotel for stay, great amenities and atmosphere, well mannered and courteous staff always ready to help, food is also excellent chive and spread if food is extensive, great break fast choice with local specials

we had a delicious and hygiene breakfast at hotel LA, with an amazing service by Anamika and pinky. Both had attractive personality with fine nature, may God bless both. We are very satisfy by atmosphere and professional staff .
