Holiday Inn Northampton recensioner

Nice hotel that we haven’t visited for a few years because of price increases. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Check in good and great staff all round. Only problems were the bed is much smaller than in Holiday Inn Express , the shower had no connection strip to connect panel to bath therefore a flooded floor, also no full length mirror for dressing.

I forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste. It is disappointing that they are not available at the reception.

It was my friends birthday surprise. And we had a great time spending her birthday in Holiday inn

Clean, Good service, nice place to stay

The hotel was just ok. There was no fridge in the room. The hotel did not provide water as most hotels do. Breakfast was good I loved it. The bed on which I slept was making noise

Sought a personal service to book direct for an extra night and was sent away unhelpfully. Very take it or leave it. So I left.

Great Location

房間寬敞舒適，清潔衞生，床鋪很舒服，設備齊全。前台服務員態度非常好，價性比很高，車位充足。個人較喜歡光亮的房間，所以如果房間燈光再明亮一點會比較好。

酒店位置比較靠近大馬路，離town center有一定距離。設施比較舊，當天晚上入住衹有G層的房間，靠近前台門口。
