DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Norwalk recensioner

Great location, easy to access, has all the essentials. Service wise, not so much, staff at the restaurant/bar are quite rude. My friend and I wanted to have a drink at the bar and get some work done, but we were told to go elsewhere by the barman instead of taking our order. Rooms are nice and big, but you can hear the loud noise from the highway all night long. 😵💫

Hotel was average and service wasn’t good. They kept water bottle in the room and they will charge you if you use it. That is fine if they charge for the bottle we use but to my surprise after deducting money for water bottle they have deducted another 25$ for no reason. As I was traveling and when the money was deducted from my account obviously I wasn’t around the hotel so I can not even go there and ask why did you deduct extra 25$. They are blocking some amount from credit/debit card and I understand why they do that. But in my case clearly they are misusing this and moreover you can’t do anything about that.

非常搞笑，酒店內部盜刷信用卡，還查不出具體人員，離店都沒退回卡內，美國的早餐通常都是麪包、蛋、一些普通水果，對吃的有要求儘量自己帶一些

停車場大，停車方便，周邊餐飲也方便
