Lovely clean, quiet place. Next to the sea and the best chippy ever! Probably the cleanest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in.

We stayed here for 5 nights, 21 to 26 May, 2025. It was brilliant. Location, quality of the static, cleanliness, the owner Jos, value for money, all are top quality. A small and bijou site. Thank you, Jo's. We will be back as soon as our diary allows !

Caravan was spotlessly clean. The addition of tea coffee milk wash up liquid etc very handy.
Beds very comfortable. Everything in the van looked brand new. So quiet. Will definitely be booking a return with friends and family. Beach was a stones throw and so nice.

A friendly welcome to a quiet site with comfortable and well fitted out caravans. Throughout our stay we could not think of a single thing that hadn’t been provided that we might have needed. There is a nice little play area for children, a laundry room and it is really close to the beautiful, sandy beach. We have been staying in Bacton for over thirty years and we have only just found this gem of a park. Perfect!

Wonderfully quiet location just a few steps from the beach and the Norfolk coastal footpath. Went to sleep with the gentle sound of waves each night. Will come again.

This park has to be my new favourite place in the uk, massive thanks to the owner who goes above & Beyond any where else I’ve stayed, I’m pretty ocd & Struggle staying in holiday accommodation due to cleanliness, not a single issue here! The caravan was spotless along with the entire place. All the small touches you add set you aside from the rest. The location is just perfect the site is so peaceful & quiet and a true hidden gem. We really appreciate you having us, sorry we left and didn’t get to say thank you! I hope we left the van as respectfully as we found it and look forward to returning again, next time for longer because we really didn’t want to come home. Many thanks nicola.

Really great stay. Jos was very welcoming and super helpful. We wished we’d booked for longer. The location is really beautiful, right on a beautiful beach and the accommodation was like a home from home. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return. As a plus there was an electric car charger on site at a fair price. By far the best caravan park I’ve stayed in. Thank you Jos
