Clair de Lune

Peaceful, welcoming and comfortable. Thank you? The swimming pool was an enjoyable and well-maintained treat, the food was always good and well-cooked, and we would happily stay here again on a return trip to this beautiful island. Thanks again

We had a lovely stay at clair de Lune, lovely staff. Especially santi & niño very friendly & helpful. The place is clean & well maintained. Just be vigilant coming back from the town especially late at night, road is rough & its really dark on the alleys. Otherwise we have a good experience.

The hotel it’s self is clean, the food is fine ( very boring menu and breakfast over priced but fine) and the bathrooms are lovely. The Malagasy staff who work there are also lovely especially Deno. The issue lies entirely with Eric the manager who is obnoxious, unwelcoming and inhospitable, and honestly that’s the nicest way to say it. We had noticed the fan in our room wasn’t working - this is advertised as air conditioning and is shocking even when it does work. We mentioned this to one of the staff before going out for the evening hoping it could be fixed. When we got back we asked if someone could come with us to look at the fan. Eric then decided to berated us saying it was far too late (8pm) to be raising problems, we were being extremely difficult and we can’t expect anything to be done if we refuse to speak French ( which is untrue we said the fan was broken in french ). He then proceeded to bring the person we had told the fan was broken into our room almost as if to prove we hadn’t asked. It was a horrible experience, he was extremely threatening and rude and racist towards the boy who we had asked to look at the fan. I highly recommend not staying here. There are loads of other lovely places to stay on the island and everyone else has been great.

Attention ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ patronne désagréable et voleuse qui se sert dans le coffre fort un petit conseil ne laissé jamais de l'argent dans le coffre fort !!! Sinon personnel génials et agréables toujours près à rendre service merci à eux mais pas à la patronne une femme aigri qui m'a volé 200euros! Les vols d'argents sont apparemment très fréquents . Grosse toile d' araignées partout beaucoup de bruit surtout la nuit. L'hôtel se situe dans une grande allée boueuse tout les jours obligés de marcher dans la boue lavabo boucher avec des petits vers . La moitié des menus de la carte sont indisponible Vraiment pour votre bien être un petit conseil FUYEZ !!!!

Endroit où nous étions déjà venu il y a quelques années mais qui malheureusement s’est beaucoup dégradé et est très peu entretenu au final . Extérieur gardé la nuit 👍🏼 Patronne pas accueillante du tout 😩 Des bungalows qui vieillissent très mal 😤 Accueil correct mais sans plus Dommage car nous aimions bien être en dehors du centre ville
