This is a spectacular property - the photos do not do the scale justice. Everything about our stay was perfect - service, cleanliness, design, in-room amenities etc. There is a sister property outside of Noto with an amazing restaurant where we had a world-class dinner. This is a wonderful and extremely memorable base to explore Noto and the surrounding Baroque towns.

You feel like nobility the moment you arrive at this beautiful palace. Our room was simply gorgeous with high ceilings, lovely furnishings, huge windows and a balcony that looked out over the wonderful city of Noto. In addition we had a stunning sitting room just outside and an incredibly gracious staff that brought breakfast to our room every morning. All the details at the hotel are perfect, including the delicious cookies in the room. Most of all, the three people we met at the reception desk over our three day stay were kind, generous, and helpful. Nothing seemed like a problem and they provided great recommendations for restaurants and sites. They explained that the owners of the palazzo want you to feel like you are a guest of theirs--and you truly do.

What a wonderful stay in Noto at Seven Rooms! Alberto and Martina were excellent hosts and it was very convenient to have all of their recommendations by WhatsApp each day. An extremely high level of service with personal touch in a historic house. We stayed in the Austro Suite which had breathtaking views and we would happily come back. Having Caffè Sicilia and the Duomo within a two minute walk was a real treat. We are so glad we based in Noto and day tripped to Marzamemi, Ragusa, and Modica. Ten out of ten.

Was absolutely thrilled with my stay here. It’s a beautiful old palazzo right in a perfect location in the historic centre of Noto. The staff was excellent and very helpful and all very pleasant to deal with. They make sure your stay is perfect. And I love old fashioned door keys to get in!

We stayed two nights, The first night the air conditioning rattled all night. they fixed that. The second night there was a wedding party outside in the courtyard directly outside our room. IT started at approximaetly 7:30 PM. I asked how long this was going to last and was told the latest would be midnight. The staff leaves and goes home to their queit homes. Nobody to help stays at the hotel. The music blasted until 2 am. I phoned the police and they did not understand english. I was told the next morning these parties happed at least twice a month. If that is what they admit to I imagive it is more often than that. Thy property took zero responsibility for our complete lack of sleep that it is not their fault. the least they cuold do is tell you the truth and suggest not to stay there. I told the staff that I refused to pay but they said too bad as we had pre paid! I can honestly say that is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. if you want sleep DO NOT stay here.

Located in the heart of the historic district of the quaint and beautiful baroque city of Noto, everything you need for a stay is within walking distance including plenty of restaurants, shopping, historic sights and more. The goal of the hotel to “treat its guests like royalty” is definitely accomplished. Martina, Alberto and the rest of the staff are incredibly attentive and truly available to help with whatever you need including dinner reservations, insight regarding the city and transportation, among other things. The room we stayed in (balcony) was somewhat smallish and dark at times, but spotless and well-appointed. The private balcony was a huge plus for enjoying some outdoor space and our breakfasts.
