Had a good stay. Good food in the restaurant. Service was excellent from the staff. Porsche, Lydia, AK, and Niamh. Very friendly and made us all welcome. Explained about what offers they had and also had a quiz given after the meal which was a bit of fun. Would recommend based on the hospitality alone. Fair play 👍

Really lovely and amazing great staff lovely rooms and restaurant food was lovely. Close to everything and local shops close including Lidl and b&m and Sainsbury’s. Looking forward to the refurb , will be even better with such fantastic team.

50th Birthday weekend in Nottingham. The hotel was perfect as it's only a short walk along the canal from the centre of town, perfect to get to all the sights. Supermarket and petrol station on your doorstep too. Staff were friendly and helpful and the ood was excellent.

The hotels area is lovely, the free car park is great. The new body wash is a good improvement. The lady on reception was really great, very cheerful and always had a smile on her face, didn’t catch her name but the pregnant lady on Friday night.

Decent hotel, clean and quiet. Lucy on reception was wonderful, easy check in and could go to her if I had any problems. We were missing towels in both our rooms but Lucy apologised and sorted it quickly. Went to the restaurant for drinks and had good service from barmen too.

Really good stay. Was checked in by a lady called Lucie, she was lovely and when I booked a double by mistake, she was quick to make up the second bed and get the extra towels we needed. She was on both evenings and was good with my little girl. The free ice cream was a bonus too!

The hotel isn't great but the price was good! The breakfast and service matched the price, very cheap. We had to order breakfast rather than select our own through a buffet. I wouldn't go back to this hotel. I would rather pay a little more and stay at a better hotel.

excellent service as always. staff accommodating as always aleena and ben were fantastic and went the extra mile when i needed assistance. will definitely be staying at this location again on further visits and will be recommending to others

We didn't actually stay here but we went to the restaurant for breakfast having stayed in a premier inn the previous weekend. My granddaughter had been sick so missed her breakfast treat. This hotel isn't open to the public for breakfast, only residents but because of my granddaughter Lizzie very kindly allowed us to stay and looked after us really well. The food was superb so we recommend that you book it when you stay! My granddaughter ate her fill and bounced out for the rest of the day. One happy bunny! Thank you Lizzie and staff.
