We were able to find the hotel easily on arrival very friendly reception staff We went to the room and found the tv had a personalised greeting on but the it was not working however phoned down to reception and they quickly rectified this We used the pool facilities and it was very busy and the male changing room and entrance to the spa area was very cold We were awaken at 1am by the fire alarm going off and this was due to a inconsiderate patron smoking in their room The bed was comfy however was on wheels and that is not ideal as it kept moving when you sat on it The follows were not great The room was nice and clean and the bath and shower floor were very slippery Otherwise a nice place to stay and fairly priced

Big free carpark which is good. Breakfast staff are especially friendly. First night was given with a room with malfunction air conditioner - hot and humid and cannot sleep well. Second night after negotiation was given a good room. Very hard to believe a Marriot hotel could give a room to customer with malfunction A/C without any notice or apology in summer time!

Was a wonderful stay. Pool was fantastic especially for the kids

Stay here while away for work. Great hotel, great stuff, fantastic modern rooms. Space.

Nice room nice breakfast

The pool and spa are the best part honestly. The steam room and sauna are fantastic and the pool is very clean. The room itself was spacious and also clean, however it was rather noisy due to every door slamming closed annoyingly. The food was also not that great. All in all I think it's a real bargain for the money, I'd just bring some food.

My stay was for work and it was lovely. I slept really well in such a comfy bed. I was disappointed by the spa area, the pool water was cold and the jacuzzi water was also cold and not even the slightest bit warm. The breakfast was lovely with such a range to enjoy from. The food in the restaurant just seemed like it’s trying to be too fancy. For the price,there really wasn’t much on the plate and it could have been seasoned more. The bar menu gave more promise than the restaurant so was a shame to have a nice setting but the food just didn’t live up to it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel. The service was great and the staff were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

酒店環境還行，就是早上睡得正香，莫名的假火警，後來酒店反饋説按錯了 就是攜程上給的地址不對，攜程的地址總是錯的，每次的酒店都會錯

英國自駕一圈下來性價比最高的酒店，雖然便宜，但是很nice，免費停車，還有免費的兩瓶礦泉水😂

Checkin和Checkout非常迅速，只要有房，早到也可以先入房間。酒店附設免費停車場，車位非常充足。 房務有待改善，住宿七天，其中一天只加了樽裝水而沒有清理房間。浴室有企缸及浴缸，惟企缸的花曬是固定的，不能手持，較為不方便。房間沒有提供拖鞋、牙刷和牙膏，住客須留意。 步行五分鐘已有Aldi Supermarket和一所餐廳Farmhouse Inn，非常方便，該餐廳All Day Breakfast與酒店Buffet breakfast內容基本上一樣，但較為便宜，所以可以不訂酒店早餐，特別是住宿日數較多的旅客。
