Sexual Harassment, Trauma and Lack of Accountability by Management I stayed at Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski Resort in Croatia, One of the hotel staff members sexually assaulted me during my stay. something no guest should ever have to face. This has left me with lasting emotional distress, and I expected the hotel to take this matter seriously. While the management initially seemed supportive when I reported the incident, offering various forms of assistance, their actions have been quite the opposite. Since my stay, I have reached out to them via email, seeking resolution and support. This neglect only adds to the trauma l experienced and makes it clear that the Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski Resort does not care about the safety and well-being of their guests, while the employee was fired, I have received zero compensation For my therapeutic treatment (as I am now in therapy after this traumatic incident, in a so-called safe environment in a hotel bar) I am writing this review to make others aware of the lack of responsibility shown by Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski Resort in handling serious complaints like mine.

We had stayed previously and thoroughly enjoyed all that was offered.This time all the bars and restaurants were closed. The roof top restaurant was a special treat but closed. The hard plastic lounges at the beach front are so uncomfortable. The apartment was self catering but no start up kit available and no servicing even after 3 days. A broom would have been a good addition!!! Overall the walk along the beach front with buzzing restaurants and great food is a major highlight. Disadvantage was the overall presentation of the complex.

I stayed in a Premium apartment. Although it was spacious and well-planned, it needs refurbishment. The common area is large and equipped with numerous facilities and pools. The location is quiet and great, right by the sea. The service was excellent.
