An elegant clean hotel. Modern style, with an amazing view to the beach. Accommodating caring stuff who eager to help. The great location allow you to leave your car , they will park it for you ( not much of parking ) and walk around Numana , the beach , stores restaurants and bars.

I’m a little torn about what to write about this hotel. We came from Orvieto in Perugia where we stayed at wonderful places with great service. Everybody was incredibly nice to deal with smiling accommodating, but there were big issues that really affected our trip. First, it is a great location, a couple steps down to the beach across the street and the hotel shuttled us up the hill to town for some dinner reservations. When we arrived, the room was very dark head one skinny door that had a view of the beach and we booked a superior room with beach view and in the photos it showed all glass on one end with the view of the beach and that’s not what we got, but they did move our room to the one in the picture after we ask. This of course was a bit of a hassle we’ve already moved things into the room, took up time from our day, but they did move us. The room itself was very nice immaculate, super contemporary. The whole property looks new and is quite posh when you arrive. Breakfast is made to order and excellent, most of the views you see from balconies are from the breakfast room. Our view actually looked kind of on an angle across the marina, but still really lovely. The blackout shades don’t quite cover the very end of the windows. Odd but it does let some light in and the morning. The bathroom was huge and there is a good amount of storage, room, safe, etc . Now for the bad. If you’ve not been to Le Marche and your American be aware that you probably won’t see another American the whole time you’re there which we thought was great :-) also be aware that every single thing is booked well in advance, sometimes a year in advance that goes for beach, chairs, seats, and bars and every single restaurant. We did not realize this and it was never mentioned by the hotel that we could reserve their beach section chairs or their seats on the roof . the very pleasant staff gave us beach towels and never mentioned to tell us that we need to go to a specific set of chairs on the beach where we would get preferential treatment. And a discount. I don’t even know what we should’ve paid but we paid $40 a day for the three days there at the beach and sat all the way in the back so we didn’t even see the ocean. We just looked at a sea of other people and umbrellas in front of us. The gentleman that rented us our chairs saw our towels when we were leaving the last day and asked if we were staying there and when we said yes, he told us we should’ve gone to the chairs next-door and we would’ve been sitting near the front. He had told us that most Italians rent them for the year even when they’re not there they’re booked and they can’t let you use them so many of the chairs especially those in front sit empty all the time. . When we brought this to the attention of the hotel, they said that they are all reserved there as well. But nobody told us to reserve them when we made our hotel reservation. Hotel vista mare veramente di alto livello, siamo stati accolti con sorrisi e gentilezza da ognuno dello staff, personale giovane dinamico che ti sa mettere subito a tuo agio, all’arrivo il welcome drink mentra ci portavano le valigie in una super camera la 205, colazione a menu con prodotti freschissimi, vasca idromassaggio in camera di alto livello e con una vista pazzesca! Non si puó chiedere di più. Tutti professionali e bravi

Siamo appena tornati da una vacanza nelle Marche dove abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti presso questa struttura situata nella baia di Numana. Elegante hotel a 5 stelle con 33 camere aperto meno di due anni fa, con arredi moderni ed ambienti comuni molto luminosi. La nostra camera al terzo piano non era grandissima, ma molto funzionale, ben isolata acusticamente e con un balcone e bellissima vista mare. La nostra tariffa includeva l'accesso gratuito per un'ora alla loro SPA, dotata di sauna, bagno turco, doccia emozionale e vasca idromassaggio esterna in una piccola terrazza. Nota di merito per il personale molto gentile, sorridente e sempre disponibile in ogni occasione (ci hanno risolto in pochi minuti due piccoli inconvenienti successi in camera). Ottima colazione à la carte con vasta scelta in una sala molto carina vista mare. Parcheggio privato gratuito, anche se non con molti posti disponibili. Struttura assolutamente consigliata, speriamo di aver occasione per ritornare non appena possibile.

Hotel completamente rinnovato con spazi comuni piacevoli ma stanze troppo piccole e arredamenti talmente minimal da diventare insufficienti anche solo per riporre gli indumenti. Esperienza negativa già all’arrivo quando per il check-in ci hanno fatto mettere l’auto in un posto stretto, scomodo e in divieto di sosta per poi scoprire che l’hotel dispone di un proprio parcheggio (a pagamento durante il soggiorno) che avrebbe reso tutto più agevole. Un problema della struttura e’ infatti il personale, gentile e forzatamente continuamente sorridente (anche quando sarebbe inopportuno) ma decisamente troppo giovane e privo di esperienza; fa eccezione il personale della colazione. L’inadeguatezza la ho rilevata anche al ristorante con servizio eccessivamente lento, errori nelle portate e pane servito al tavolo dopo che avevamo terminato il secondo. In sintesi un hotel nella media sconsigliatissimo a chi cerca un vero cinque stelle.

La mia esperienza in questo Hotel a 5 stelle è stata disastrosa!! Arrivo in Hotel al pomeriggio e lascio l'autovettura pulita all'incaricato per il parcheggio in quanto l'Hotel dispone di pochi posti all'interno della struttura. Prima Sorpresa!! Richiedo la macchina per la sera e quando arriva è in condizioni pietose...tutta impolverata come se avesse fatto kilometri e kilometri di strada sterrata!! Mi lamento con l'addetto ma non ricevo ne scuse ne motivazioni plausibili, anzi mi viene detto che il loro parcheggio è al porto ed è tutto asfaltato !! Seconda sorpresa!! Il giorno seguente lascio la camera alle 9:30 del mattino e rientro in Hotel alle 16:30 e sorpresa...la camera non è stata riordita ed è così come l'avevo lasciata. Nuove mie rimostranze alla reception e assicurazioni che la camera sarebbe stata rifatta non appena avessi lasciato la struttura per la cena. Terza sorpresa!! Al mio rientro in Hotel alle 22:30, la camera è si stata riordinata e male, ma la biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) non sono stati cambiati così come i prodotti usati in bagno si trovavano ancora dove li avevo lasciati. In poche parole io personalmente avrei fatto meglio. La mattina del check-out chiedo di parlare con la Manager responsabile, ma è assente e anche telefonicamente non è raggiungibile. Mi contatterà poi solo telefonicamente, a mia partenza avvenuta, e al corrente di tutto quanto accaduto oltre alle doverose scuse (ci mancherebbe altro) mi offre, udite udite, uno sconto alla SPA nel caso dovessi ripassare in zona. Cara Signora Laura (così si chiama la manager), la ringrazio per la sua generosità e in cambio se posso darle un consiglio gratuito, asfalti il parcheggio esterno dell'Hotel, riveda il personale addetto alle camere e cambi la governante ( se c'è). Le ricordo che Lei è la Manager in un Hotel a 5 stelle dove i servizi sono da 3 stelle con un rate da 5 stelle lusso!! La saluto e se ritornerò a Numana la SPA la farò altrove. Giovanni
