There are a lot of 4-star rated bed bugs in this 4-star rated Novotel hotel. You have to be very cautious and be careful. You might encounter a lot of 4- star rated bed bugs in your room. While you fall asleep, they will suck your blood and disappear. You can't find it easily in the morning. When you got bitten bed bugs, 1~7 days later, you can feel bitten spot and feel crazy itchy. Seriously, these 4-star rated bed bugs will bite and suck your blood. Most of all, Hotel would not refund. I think it is a common thing in this hotel. this is one of the brand hotels of ACCOR. 여러분은 이 호텔의 객실에서 피를 빨아먹는 수 많은 빈대에게 물릴 수도 있습니다. 침대 구석 구석 잘 살피시고 빈대의 흔적이 있으면 방을 바꾸세요. 빈대는 쉽게 보는 해충이 아닙니다. 매우 조심하세요. 처음부터 다른 호텔을 고려하는 것도 좋은 대안입니다. 부디 조심하세요 환불을 요구했으나 환불을 해주지 않고 버티고 있습니다. 가렵고 잠을 못자서 너무너무 괴로워요!!!

Hotel is located centrally, very good facility and friendly staff.

My experience of staying in in Novotel Nuernberg Centre Ville was terrible. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful and when you tried talking to them they actually smirked. We along with my family felt very discriminated as with others they were talking nicely and we being asian were left aside. The housekeeping enters in your room without a knock at 8.20 in the morning even though we are sleeping. it happened every day. HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTING.

Great location, within walking distance to nurenburg alstadt and central Station. Room was really clean, spacious and well lit. Nespresso machine is a nice bonus. Overall great service, great location, would book again.

This hotel is very convenient since is just two block away from main train station. The breakfast is ok, enough variety and the staffs are friendly. The bar downstairs seem like a very good option for meet up too

This hotel is convenient. It is a few minutes walk from the train station and just opposite to the central bus stop.

The hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the central station, which was very convenient. There was also spa, swimming pool and gym at the hotel, which were all free of charge👍🏼

房間相對於歐洲的酒店面積算大的，位置非常好就在火車站邊上，去哪裡都很方便。 服務很好，有地下車庫，過夜一共21歐，按小時計算的話2歐/小時。 早餐很豐富，選擇很多，吃得飽飽的好開工。感覺來這的人大部分都是參加展會的。 酒店有一家意大利餐廳，非常不錯，強烈推薦。

地理位置優越：步行即可到火車站、舊城區（旅遊景點）和聖誕市集。 自助早餐豐富：種類繁多、美好可口，多款咖啡、茶包也是有一定質素。

酒店位置離火車站大約7分鐘路程 離聖誕市集亦係七分鐘路程 如果係衝住聖誕市集而黎既話 位置整奇理想 前台人員友善 會保管行李 大堂廁所超整潔

酒店離火車站走路5分鐘左右，房間在歐洲算大的，但裝修簡單，和國內的諾富特比差的不是一點半點，價格有點偏貴，不知道是不是剛好遇到什麼展會，有點不太值這個價

Enige nadeel is dat de parkeergarage van het hotel 17 euro kost. Vindt het best duur. Voor gasten mogen ze het wat mij betreft gratis maken.
