I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, paid over 800 euros and I am full of bedbug bites now that I am back in England. I live with my wife and twin boys, so I have taken costly measures to make sure I didn't bring the infestation back to our house. I have messaged the hotel to file a complaint and the answer I received was "We are terribly sorry for your experience. We sorted the issue as fast as we could. We hope you get a better experience in the future". This is not acceptable. The hotel clearly does not take cleanliness seriously, and I wasn't even offered any type of compensation. I needed to throw out 2 suitcases and plenty of clothes. Plus, it has caused my whole family a lot of distress having to deal with this. We are still having nightmares of bedbugs, and my body is still covered in bedbug bites.
