Very good hospitality

It used to be one of the family fav stay place but the maintenance of the place is getting bad, there was a smell in the apartment, leftover clothes from previous family was found. Swimming pool was not clean. Disappointed.

The Elysia Suites is a convenient, practical, and affordable choice, especially for families or groups visiting attractions like Legoland Malaysia. The accommodations are comfortable, and the self-check-in process is straightforward, even for late arrivals. While there is room for minor improvements, it provides a pleasant and well-suited base for exploring Johor.

We stayed for 2 nights . When we received the keys to our unit , upon entering the doors had holes , the unit stunk of mould . We were then given another unit , the air con was not working . We went back down to reception with our kids explaining how terrible the units are and unsafe for our kids with asthma . The last at reception was extremely kind who then went to check out another 2 units and then finally we were given a better unit . This unit , the toilet seat was broken , the shower door was missing and the sofas has stain . Plus the iron Which was a cheap iron and it wouldn’t warm up . The only good thing was this unit was walking distance to Legoland and the customer team helped wherever the could . Definitely not recommended for families .

It is a location wise since we are opt to legoland. The price as well is good since we are group with kids.

Easy check in & check out, the facilities mostly in good condition. Tried the drier but its not working. The wifi is slow, can’t connect it to tv hence no netflix 😰

My fam had a good time in the hotel. The design is clean and neat.

Recently stayed with my family. I chooses this place because it’s nearby Legoland.

Its near legoland. Walkable distance, 15 mins walk. Service was good. But the room condition & amenities was not really good. There was neighbor partying as well during my stay. But overall, within the budget & location. It was ok! :)

location a bit far walking to legoland 15 mins if running can't walk walking distance in a wild field... cleanness ok 3 star apt service not that bad considering the price

Overall it was a very nice stay, few points for the host to consider: 1- To add grills on every window. Since its at Level 26, and for it to be safe for family with kids, best to secure the windows with grills. I was anxious at night thinking what if my kids sleep walk and open the window. Maybe too paranoid with many cases of kids falling off from high rise houses nowadays 2- To at least provide shampoo as well 😅 3- To consider to prepare some Sejadah and sign of Qiblat direction for Muslim customers. You may call Ahli Falak Johor to do it Thank you!

The hotel's amenities were exceptional, too. I spent some time at the rooftop pool, which had stunning panoramic views, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu, and breakfast each morning was a treat.
