We stayed for one night. The room was cold and there was no air conditioning or heating system. I said this to the reception and they gave me a small, portable heater which was not enough to heat the room. Tv did not work. There was no towel. I was told that they would bring it later and it was 7 pm. The furniture was old. Breakfast was ok.

This is the worst hotel I ever been. If you dont need to sleep and like dirt and mold, then it is ideal place for you. The hotel is dirty (everywhere - corridor, furniture, floor in the room, chair, bed sheets look like they were not really washed, you feel disgusted to touch anything), the walls and sink, shower is full of black mold. But the main thing of this hotel is constant non-stop noise of sone power or water generator, it is 53-57 db all the time, so literally you cannot sleep. Thr reception told us it will switch off automatically from 21 till 4 in the morning, but it was a lie as i was awake of that all night! This hotel is zero star, your worst choice ever.

This is Rusham from TravelPod, Colombo. Guys... be warned. Never go to this hotel. They delayed a refund from 27th Sep. And now someone called telling he is Rizwan, and told me to come and collect teh refund from hotel. I asked if I cans end my agent, they want me to physically travel to Nuwareliya to get the refund. They are crooks.

Very warm welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful one. The rooms were very spacious and had two double beds each. As for pricing: the hotel offers excellent value for money. The restaurant was amazing with good furnishing and very tasty food from chef and team. The hotel is currently undergoing a major overhaul,with a new management both outside and inside. Following these works I am positive that this will be a wonderful establishment. At the moment, the hotel and its rooms feel quite dated. I look forward to staying here again once all the works have been completed.

We stayed there one night and I wouldnt recommend this hotel for anybody .We didnt get a welcome drink , no water bottles in the room , had to ask for tea and coffee , I asked for a room with a view, but got a room looking in to a dirty roof , they said there were no other rooms available which was a lie, there were nobody in the ajoining rooms.I have been to many hotels and this is one of the worst ones.staff is not friendly at all.not worth for the money.

Hey there! Just wanted to share my experience with the room conditions at this place. Gotta say, they were pretty average. The plug points were burnt and completely unusable. But hey, on the bright side, the room services were pretty good overall. I have to give a shoutout to Mr. Dilan for his amazing room service. He really went above and beyond. So while the room itself wasn't great, the service made up for it. Just thought I'd let you all know!

Katastrophales Hotel mit Schimmel im ganzen Hotel. Essen ist auf die vorrangig indischen Gäste ausgerichtet. Das Personal ist zwar bemüht, aber nicht besonders schnell. Bestellungen wurden teilweise vergessen. Am schlimmsten ist die hohe Luftentfeuchtigkeit und die dreckigen Zimmer.
