From welcome tea to the departure, exceptionally friendly service. We traveled with kids & they supported us with all needs. Food was fantastic & property is in mint condition. Bedrooms & Bathrooms are modernized with latest aesthetics. Will definitely visit again. PS - especial mention for Prem & full staff. Best Service, keep up the kind work.

One of the best places ever visited. The hotel is small and an ideal place for couples, scenic view and good climate. Staff were extremely friendly an even they did our laundry at no cost. Ask for anything they will help you. Thank you Mr.Prem and his team. Will visit again with our family. Sanaa

A wonderful place to stay. From the warm welcome on our arrival, we knew it would be good. We had a lovely attic room, beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable bed - and a balcony overlooking Gregory Lake. There is a good walk around the lake and we could admire the “party bus” one evening on the other side. The property and garden are beautifully maintained. The food was superb, the chef introduced himself and was eager to please; we didn’t feel we needed to go out for dinner because the meals were so good. We would certainly stay there again if back in NE and highly recommend.

When we first arrived I didn’t think it would be what it was from the outside! It was absolutely beautiful. We felt like home and Mr Vj made sure we didn’t feel anything but that! He was the most friendliest warm person I have encountered. He always made sure we are comfortable, checked in with us, gave us tips and prepared for us delicious local food which was a delight. The rooms are clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake and the tea fields. We were on a getaway and we loved every minute of it! Clean towels, bath robes and slippers were provided. I personaly recommend it for couples who are looking for a retreat away from busy city life! The staff was all so friendly and welcoming! This place was a diamond and We are so glad we stayed there! Thank you so much Mr Vj and the staff for such a wonderful experience

Mr.Wijenayaka Is the reason one should return to this place. He was not only hospitable, but also very warm and extremely good to converse with. The place has an excellent cook, breathtaking views and is nestled in nature. The one thing is that eating places are very far, though the place gives you excellent options. A must return experience.

The staff at tea plant Nuwara Eliya was extremely inhospitable. It’s a very nice and calm hotel with a great surrounding but, the so called “acting manager” along with one chef wasn’t great communicators. There was attitude within them. The chef had no respect at all. We were expecting a wonderful weekend to spend with the family but the staff at Tea Leaf ruined it all for us that we had to change hotels for the rest of the weekend. Horrible companionship and do not recommend the hotel at all.

Such a lovely place! Fantastic attic room with high ceilings, I really recommend this room type. Balcony with a view over the lake. Big bathroom with rainfall shower. Everything in the room seems newly renovated or updated. Nice beds! Very friendly, professional and helpful staff, and the restaurant is ace! Both breakfast and dinner is amazing! During the pandemic the bar is not open, but they serve beer and wine in the restaurant.
