We recently stayed at Forest Edge and wanted to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the pool, the restaurant, and the stunning surroundings of the resort. Thank you for making our stay memorable! We would highly recommend Forest Edge to anyone visiting Kithulgala or planning a trip to the hill country of Sri Lanka. We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful hotel and the location is even more beautiful. The people are so friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was good. In the rooms you have enough space for your luggage. This is a hotel that you have to visit when you are in Sri Lanka.

Beautifully located in the hills with a very friendly and attentive team, who can't do enough to support their guests needs. Rooms were large with balconies overlooking the valley - ideal to spend time watching the local nature, and generally relax. Dinner and breakfast were served to order at a time of our choosing - wonderful! Don't be put off by the road up - it is bumpy and unkept but the drive is definitely worth it

Beautiful scenery, lovely facilities, superb food and first class professional and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stayed here, and we want to come back again. Special thanks goes to the Manager Mr. Sanjeewa Sarath Perera for making our stay a pleasurable one. Hats off to all of you'll.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful rooms with a lovely balcony to relax and enjoy the views. Clean swimming pool. Friendly , attentive service. Limited menu but the food we had was well cooked and the dining room setting was lovely . A lovely place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful small hotel nestled in the hills of central Sri Lanka. This hotel is small with only four rooms. The rooms were incredibly large with a balcony overlooking the rainforest. The staff were amazing as was the food. The large pool is very clean and refreshing after a day of whitewater rafting and exploring.

It is a steep and narrow drive up the road to the hotel but when you get there it is special. The views from the restaurant and rooms to the front of the hotel are wondeful; the pool at the back inviting and the staff friendly and attentive. We only stayed one night following a rafting session but enjoyed every minute of it. Wildife was all around, rooms very nice. After all the buffet meals on our trip it was nice to have a menu choice, it was good and nicely presented. Only four rooms so not crowded at all

This is a very remove very small hotel. Only 4 rooms I think. The views over the valley are spectacular and there is a large porch across the front of the rooms. Nice place to sit and relax. The pool at the back is very nice and clean. Rooms are very basic. Bathrooms are of open shower type so very damp and mouldy. The bed and furniture is all quite old. Probably a good retreat if you are so inclined. Food is individually made and very basic. Obviously also very slow but they can't be blamed for that. All up I'm not sure why you would stay there? Oh, be aware of the leeches and frogs

Beautiful small hill side boutique hotel not too far from rafting. In the middle of nature. Great veranda, huge rooms. Seems eco friendly, food made especially for you. No large crowds, perfect service.
