While the front desk people are very nice their rooms could use some upgrading and/or cleaning. In the bathroom the shower doors are disgustingly on the bottom (moldy, black and brown), the shower door was off the track (I put them back on myself). The towel bar on the shower door is broken. The bathroom sink drain stopper is broken in half, air condition is pretty loud but it works. I am very dissatisfied in this Hilton DoubleTree. I will never stay here again. Be forewarned.

Great staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was there for business and will most definitely be back in the future. The front desk team did an amazing job at check-in and check-out. The area is beautiful and full of activities... A+++

August 2024 I stayed here for work and the rooms definitely need upgrades there was a horrible mold smell as soon as I walked in I was only here for a one night stay so I just mentioned it on my way out Amber the front desk supervisor was working that morning and she was very professional and really listened to all my concerns. You received a 5 star from me due to your front desk supervisor on being a very understanding professional young lady.

Sat at the bar for a couple of drinks before dinner, and Maria was the best bartender! She was so friendly and easy to be around. We felt like we were old friends by the end. She kept our waters filled and gave great drink recommendations. Give that girl a raise.

I have a theory that when a business does not fix its sign (the T and R have broken lightbulbs on the roof sign) there will be problems - and this stay backed up my theory. The hotel is kinda dirty and things are not repaired correctly. The pool was closed due to a maintenance issue. The rooms are only cleaned every four days. I do not think our room was vacuumed as I could see toenail clippings on the carpet.

Lovely property with outstanding customer support. Our room air conditioning was sounding like a spaceship taking off. Casey the property maintenance technician came and did an outstanding job trying to fix it. When he couldn't fix he arranged and helped us move rooms. Casey is a fantastic representative for the property!

Property is beautiful embracing the sustainability concept. Our air conditioning was broken and Casey came in the middle of the night to fix it. Move to another room Casey got us a card in the room keys. Hotel needs to do a little bit better job on maintaining their equipment in the new room the air conditioning made noises as well. Both times it sounds like a spaceship taking off. Breakfast credit covered breakfast

When I was disgusted by another hotel in the area, I stopped in. Carmen at the front desk was dealing with several large parties and couldn't get me in that day, but still found a way to get me a room starting the next day. She was bright, cheerful and helpful. She warned me that several of the parties going on were boisterous...and they were. Down in the lobby. From my room, I never heard a word thing.

I traveled from DC for a business trip with colleagues. Cory Hall at the front desk was awesome. Super friendly and accommodating. Me and my colleagues wanted to stay on the same floor and he made it happen. The bartender Randy was a ton of fun. We sat at the bar for happy hour and he treated us like Queens. What a wonderful business trip. I look forward to returning in the future.
