Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge/Oaks

Not your usual Hampton quality. I think this location is rebranded from another chain. The sofa bed was terrible and we had to make up the bed ourselves. Mattress was worn also.

Front desk staff, as well as all staff. Were very nice and friendly. Place was very clean and updated.

They had hot water in the shower. Me and my wife had to put the shower all the way to the max of hot and still was cold and even my 10yr old son complained it was too cold. Also the bathroom in the room kept on clogging up and the breakfast was a mess. We asked the staff on duty on several occasions for items in the breakfast room and they advised they were out and clearly you opened up the drawers underneath the cabinets and the items were right there. They were just to lazy to get them. Also our room was never cleaned by housekeeping services even though we asked them to.

We stayed here September 6-8. The I did not expect much, but left disappointed. Pros - It was easy to find with gps. Lots of restaurants around. Staff seemed friendly, but we did mobile checkin and only had limited interactions. Cons -The room looked okay, but we could hear folks in the next room as if they were in our room (e.g., toliet lid being put down, sound of someone using the bathroom, people not loud, but talking at 11pm and woke us up). -Wi-fi/ internet was down the entire two days. -Asked questions via the Hilton app chat, but no one responded. - breakfast water dispenser broken

We stayed here for 3 days/2 nights. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They let us check in early :) Staff was frequently replenishing coffee and breakfast items. Hotel location is amazing. Restaurants are nearby and the highway is right around the block.

Stayed at this location for my brother's wedding. A few of my highlights include the rooms, the service, and the experience I had during my stay. Checking into the hotel, I encountered Les who had a fantastic personality. He delivered fantastic service and provided water bottles to me and my family upon request. The rooms are clean, modern, and appear to have been renovated recently. The only big concern is that the bathrooms are not ventilated, but we alleviated this by keeping the air conditioning on. Aside from this, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and the storage provided in the room was fantastic for our suits and items needed to freshen and glam-up for the wedding. Because the bride and groom were able to easily book a block for the wedding party, it was easy to check up on our family and friends as well. I also managed to get some breakfast in the morning, which was served for several hours. The breakfast was well-stocked, and I was happy to grab a few bites before running off for the day's activities. I would also like to include the fact that there is a coffee bar for guests in the lobby, but a minor inconvenience was that the roasts were lukewarm upon filling the cups. One positive is while there were several issues that I had run into, they were quickly resolved by the front desk. While these issues were trivial (with examples including locking myself out of my room or concerns regarding the keys), the front desk individuals were swift to handle these inconveniences and helped me in a kind manner. Another highlight is how Brionna, the manager, provided ample care for the wedding party by accommodating our schedule and our large group. It was fantastic having Brionna available to solve any issues and was immensely supportive and friendly during our stay. My parents had actually had concerns with neighbors harassing them in the night, but Brionna had helped us figure out a solution to give my parents their rest and prevent the neighbors from disturbing anyone else. Above all else, the experience staying at this location was phenomenal, and the staff and the accommodations felt comfortable and personal. I will not forget the kindness of the staff, especially Brionna who had been one of the group's biggest supporters (and I am happy to help out with any messes especially with such a big group). This particular location shines in its excellent staff and service that helps to provide a comfortable and accommodating stay for anyone. I highly recommend the place for any wedding groups or large events that require coordination in the area. I especially want to recognize Brionna for her kindness and charity during our stay. If I had another event near this place, I would certainly stay again.

I called several times before arriving for an early check in as I was working an event that day and would not be able to check in until later that evening, I was told there would be absolutely no way as at Hilton hotels check out time was at noon, and then there would be the cleaning staff who would need to clean the rooms. Understandable, but then there was a different Hilton chain down the street did allow for an early check in. So I felt that they were not very accommodating to that. I also wanted to check in to see if the room came with a couch or pull out bed, everyone on the phone said the rooms came with a couch and or a pull out sofa, and that there would be plenty of cot's if not the case, this was not the case and upon checking in the person at the front informed me all cots were already booked and said I should have checked in earlier. Which I could not have as I was working at the convention at the hall. When I voiced my frustrations about what was said on the phone I was told that that person was fired earlier in the week for handing out wrong information. Which I could not have as I was working at the convention at the hall.

I started booking a night here quarterly after an all day meeting, so that I don't have a long commute the next day as the meeting covers two days. It's on my dime as this is just a convenience for me, so my husband usually comes out for the night and we go to dinner or bring something to our room and enjoy a peaceful evening. In the winter, we like to get the bigger room with the fireplace and full kitchen. The hotel and rooms are well maintained and comfortable. I like being able to pick something up for breakfast. Coffee, tea available all the time. Front desk staff very friendly. The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurant options if we decide to go out to dinner.

Annoyed with this already. Does not offer free wi-fi. A massive pet peeve of mine. No minibar, no resturant, no bar. Only plus is the tons of USB power and the staff was very friendly and went over and beyond. Won’t be staying here again. WiFi is functionally a utility at this point. Stop nickel and diming us.
