Small boutique hotel for those looking for a luxurious yet local experience Chef Norma is outstanding! Breakfasts were delicious and portions were generous for those long walks in the center of the city. Looking back to return as all the experience was truly fantastic

This is a great spot Very intimate only 4 rooms It’s beautiful Our room had an awesome and very private patio It’s a 10 mins walk from the best parts of Oaxaca Had breakfast on our patio Very good food Staff is great 100 percent recommend staying here Probably need to book well ahead

Really enjoyed our stay here. Was surprised at how comfortable the king size bed was. The pillows were just right and gave us a great sleep. The room had air conditioning which was a blessing with the hot time of year. The location is excellent with easy walking access to all the main areas. We walked lots and would recommend that as the main way to get around. The staff here were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. They operate a 24 hour door service so just knock to get in from the outside then they have a private key for your room! We would return here for longer next time!!

A beautiful boutique hotel. The breakfast was a highlight. my room was spotless and well designed. The staff were very friendly and helped with everything from recommendations about what to see, to hiring taxis to laundry service. I would definitely stay here again.

Casa Carmen is in an excellent location—close to great restaurants and shops, yet far enough to avoid nighttime noise. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Breakfast was so good that we chose to have it at the hotel every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely an excellent choice if you’re visiting Oaxaca!

Casa Carmen Reforma is a cozy and intimate place with a warm atmosphere. The room was beautifully designed, offering plenty of closet space, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making sure everything was perfect. A great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and a welcoming ambiance!

This is an exceptionally gorgeous hotel. The design from the bold architecture to the smallest aesthetic details, not to mention the exquisite art everywhere, was amazing. The staff were all attentive, kind, and helpful. And the breakfasts were truly some of the best we’ve had at a hotel in our 50+ years of traveling We did have a few issues, nothing serious. The air conditioning didn’t work, so it was a little stuffy in our room. They kindly gave us a small bottle of champagne in compensation. The bathroom counter had too little surface area for 2 people, but we covered one of the sinks with a towel to create more space. If design, excellent food and attentive service are important to you, then Casa Carmen Reforma could be perfect for you.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous; very nice and tasteful decor. We had a terrace which made it feel very private. The bed was incredibly comfortable with two pillows depending on preference. The constant was very appreciated. Bathroom left nothing to be wanted; beautiful tiles which made every shower extra fun. SUPER clean. Lovely, lovely staff. Excellent location and the best breakfast delivered to the room. We couldn’t have asked for more and are very sad to leave this gem behind.
