Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Lovely hotel, modern Spacious rooms , think all rooms have a fridge which is important to us Showers / bathroom seemed like they were new so worked excellently Free use of beach towels Pool area was great , always someone around cleaning . Had foam massage in the spa which was great Food in the restaurant and pool snack bar was good , a perfect choice Lovely walk to the harbor The only thing I would say is bring some tea bags , they ran out . I think it was because it was the end of season . This isn’t a moan by the way Thank you for a lovely stay , hoping to revisit same time next year

Nice,clean,perfect for fun and relaxation,very good and kind staff,loads of activities,one week it was not enough, I highly recommend Suleiman and Irem are both very nice staff doing loads of fun shows every night I will love to come back soon

The staff was amazing and very friendly i really enjoyed my time staying here i will not regret nothing thanks to Irem and Suleyman who make our days amazing thanks to them. It was really nice experience being first time in Alnaia. I will recommend to everyone who wants to come here

We were staying at Kalia for 7 nights, entrance,very pleasant, staff very welcoming and helpful with all kind of information. Buffet - you will find something for everyone, a lot of choices whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they also have a snack bar by the pool where you can order food if you get hungry in-between buffet opening hours. Amazing food, there was nothing we didn't like. Cleaners- our room was always clean tidy and fully equipped. The pool staff- friendly and always there if you need any information. Bar staff- amazing, friendly and very bubbly, definitely made our holiday better. We had a problem in our room, reported it and it was solved within minutes. Plenty activities around the hotel and great entertainment almost every night. Live singing, dancing and something for the children too. 3 pools, spa treatment,gym, mini shops, professional photographer in the hotel. Hotel is joined with the beach so you can easily get there. Great location, amazing week. Thank you so much! We shall visit again.

Another lovely stay at this lovely hotel this is our second time here what more do you want food and drinks all day until 12 . The breakfast starts 7 to 930 then it’s late breakfast till 10 then you have 11s you have lunch 1230 to 230 then it 4 o’clock tea and cakes evening tea starts 630 finishes at 830 then you have 1130 late nite soup and there lovely bread . If you just want a snack there is a gusto snack bar that is open at 11 am till 5 pm by the swimming pool and there is another swimming pool at the front where u can have pizza and hotdogs and beer or any drinks at the other pool there is a kids big slides in the pool and there is another bar and at the other pool by the gusto snack bar there is another bar where u get free ice creams between 3 and 5 pm from that pool you can just walk under the subway and there is there beach with sun beds and free food there is another shack there with really nice food and drinks there what you have to pay for but very cheep and there is a toilet there as well on the beach there is showers so you can wash yourself off before you go back to the hotel. The hotel has some small shops by the gusto bar that you can buy all different stuff from a hairdressers and nails and tattoos. The restaurant is on the first floor of the second building after the lobby the food was very good there is so much to choose from there is an outside bit where they cook stuff was very nice . There is a à la cart restaurant on the next to the restaurant you can go to free once a week. This hotel is absolutely very clean there is cleaners cleaning inside the hotel and out all the time You won’t find any dirt or anything anywhere in the hotel it is spotless there is loads of toilets everywhere all so clean. If you need any drinks from any bar you just have to put your hand up they will bring you whatever you want and the staff are all very polite and helpful the whole hotel staff and the hotel is excellent. Outside the hotel if you like markets where you can get some bargains if you turn right out of the hotel walk straight down the road there it is 50 yards on a Monday and on a Thursday if you turn right out the hotel go to the end of the road turn right you will be able to see it as it is in a different place on a Thursday. If you wanted to go into the alanya with all the shops you can catch the bus if u turn left out of the hotel there is a bus stop at the end of the road it costs 30 p to go there the bus number is 101 or 1 or 20 but if you want to walk it along the side of the beach it a nice walk it takes about a hour but a nice walk. You can see a castle on the rocks of alanya what you get up to by cable car what costs about 6 quid but it’s lovely up there and a lovely view and down in the docks there are loads of pirates ships you can go on trips for the day what are cheap . If the buses are to busy when you want to go back you can catch a taxi for about 5 to 6 euro what is cheap takes about 5 minutes if you want to go to r

We spent 10 days at Kaila Beach Hotel and honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived one week before the official season began. If not to pay attention to some mishaps at check-in, the overall stay was nice. For some reason the reception wanted to allocate us to two separate standard rooms even though we booked one family room. After explaining that this option doesn’t suit us and the family room offered was also too small and dark, they offered a Family Deluxe, which space wise was perfect. However, we were charged for that upgrade, even though one of our family members was there already for the third time and everybody recognized her. Client service could have been a little better here (I have worked in the hotel industry myself and for the hotel being a 5* hotel, I expected client service to be a little better considering we had a long night flight + 2h car drive behind us and our 4 y.o child was basically falling asleep in the lobby). Family Deluxe room was spacious, had a beautiful view and allocated us perfectly. Only thing here which I would point out was that housekeeping avoided cleaning the floors. There was a lot of dust underneath the beds which remained like that throughout our stay. There were a lot of red ants crawling around, air conditioning did not work, bathroom had some seweage smell and the main mirror had some moisture defects on the sides. There was also a trash car coming every morning at 06:20 and neighbour dogs were barking at every passerby. So be ready for quite a lot of noise thgrough the night if your room is facing the street. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and rather new. People were polite and smiling, the food was delicious, and the buffet was always lush (we absolutely loved the kebab Fridays). I decided to pamper myself with a new hair color at the ✂️Coiffeur hairdresser located on the hotel premises. Hairdresser Savaş knew exactly what I wanted, and I only spent a little over an hour there. We even played some board games. 😊 Sidenote - when you visit him, be ready that he is very strong 😆. On the first night we also had Hamam with a massage after which I took a set of 5 massages over the course of 2 weeks. Absolutely loved the Thai masseuses Etta, who also knew exactly what my body needed and went on a mission to relax every needed muscle. And she succeeded. 😉 The beach was very conveniently close by. The sea was clean, there were enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Every day we could enjoy the local and international snacks and drinks. The kids’ playroom was spacious, however there were lot of dusty and broken toys. Not much to play with. So here I would suggest an upgrade. Every Tuesday and Thursday there was a market close to the hotel, which we were also happy about and did some excessive shopping :D Make sure you bring cash with you when you travel there. The bank automat nearby charges 8eur per 100eur you withdraw. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Kaila Beach Hotel. Shouto
