Just ended our wonderful stay. I’m so sad we had to go and wished we’d stayed an extra night here! I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here, everyone was excellent and so attentive of both us and our 8 month old. Going out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful and relaxed stay. Each morning our table was set up with a high chair ready to go. Our son was able to go swimming with me in the pool which was lovely. I had an excellent facial which was so relaxing and my husband walked our son around the extensive grounds and saw, goats, donkeys, ponies and took him all the way to the beach so our son got a lot out of the day without even leaving the island. We ate both in the deck restaurant (in the last night before it closed for winter) and in the main fine dining restaurant. At our request the staff sat us away from other guests in a more private area because we had our son with us but we still felt as though we had a fine dining experience and the food was delicious!

The Isle of Eriska is a bucolic Scottish dreamland. The Hotel is ultra cozy in the ultimate beauty of country charm. The staff is a Dream Team of skill and friendliness second to none. Everyone made me feel comfortable in every way. Activities I wanted were arranged: fishing, clay pigeon shooting and archery. I thank all staff members, however, Callum stole my heart. I highly recommend this beautiful and unique place to enjoy nature and loving care.

Worst stop in my whole honey moon if you go there don't book hilltop 1 everything falling apart from the door to the kitchen counter to the fire place and the bath tub handel the spa has 2 staff the worst manicure I had beware from the activity scam they informed us about the the boat tour which 1000 pounds we didn't end up going on we did the shooting it was 130pounds and did half day tour for 650pounds then comes the hidden surprise they organize the falconyering experience and don't tell inform how much is going to be the night before the check out I ask and have 950pounds for just feeding a few birds 1hour and a half in left disgusted anything you ask the staff they say we don't have an answer we need to come back to you tomorrow and the fire place I've been here for 5nights and have asked them every single day to get it check and fix it on our 4th night they say it's checked nothing is wrong with it we learn how to turn it on as the duty manager told me we don't escort the guest to this type of room. I've lived and travelled to many parts of the world but an experience like this with a so called 5star hotel it's more like a 3star hotel such a shame the property is beautiful but the management needs to have a look.

This enchanting hotel was paradise! It provided a perfect balance between things to do and space you need to just sit back and unwind. The staff were very helpful, responsive and very friendly. We had the pleasure of staying in two different rooms, one in the main hotel and a suite out by the spa and we loved both! We also ate at both restaurants and enjoyed both meals! And lunch in the conservatory was absolute perfection! Get the ham and cheese toastie or BLT! You can’t go wrong! And whatever you do go enjoy a treatment at the spa! I enjoyed a facial and massage and left feeling relaxed and pampered.

When arriving at the Isle of Eriska, there is an air of tranquility. The Hotel has all the necessary luxury one would expect. The cleanliness is visibly noticeable, and everything is well put together. The spa is luxurious and the indoor pool a treat for us, as my partner and I love swimming. The Deck Restaurant decor is stylish and the food sublime. The views spectacular. From the time we arrived, after our long drive, the staff was attentive and extremely professional. The gardens are well taken care of, and the feeling of been on The Isle Of Eriska knowing it was our peaceful retreat for a few days was a wonderful experience. The lovely town of Oban close by, which has ferry's taking trip's to many of the islands around the area, make the Isle of Eriska the ideal place to retreat after a long day of exploring. I look forward to returning there, and highly recommend it.

The hotel itself was a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern luxury. Our room was a cozy retreat with a plush bed, elegant furnishings, and a view that looked straight out of a postcard. Dining at the hotel was a highlight of our visit. The restaurant served exquisite dishes that were a testament to Scotland’s rich culinary heritage. Each meal was a celebration of flavors, and the attentive staff made sure every dining experience was memorable. The spa facilities were perfect for relaxation. The indoor heated pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island’s natural beauty. Every interaction with the hotel staff was marked by warmth and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making me feel like royalty. Our stay at the Isle of Eriska Hotel was an unforgettable escape into luxury and tranquility. It’s a place we would recommend to anyone seeking a five-star experience in a breathtaking Scottish setting.

I’ll start this off by saying that the island is absolutely beautiful and that in of itself is the reason this review gets 3-5 stars. My family came here from America for our summer vacation so I’m not sure how much of this was a difference in culture or bad management. The website clearly stated that the condos/houses had 1. Laundry machines, 2. a jacuzzi, and 3. A DVD player. All of which our house did not have. In fact, there is not a single laundry machine on the entire island and so when my family got back from a hike and we went to try and wash our clothes just to find our house did not have laundry machines, it had to be taken off site. Not only that, it was extraordinarily expensive per load. We felt deceived as we would have not packed lightly knowing there were no on site laundry services. On top of that, they lost my clothes and they had to be searched for - and were found to be at the laundry place. The pillows also smelt like fish poop, which made sleeping quite difficult. Lastly, the dinner was absurdly priced for an underwhelming selection, and overall, just an unimpressive experience.

Gorgeous hotel with excellent spa and lovely walks on a very quiet island. Staff were fantastic and food great. Our room was lovely too apart from one thing. I am a wheelchair user and when booking asked for an accessible room. Room was on ground floor right next to ramp exit from hotel, and bedroom was good size for chair. But, the bathroom despite having a walk in shower had no grab rails in the shower or beside the toilet so it was a real problem for me. I know hotels must cater for the many not the few but it seems a shame that for a few grab rails they could offer one fully accessible room. A gorgeous spot however and if you are able bodied you will feel pampered!
