Bergkristall - Mein Resort im Allgäu

Superb stay, we had a great time from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hotel staff, who showed us around bevor taking us to the bar for a welcome drink. What hit us right away, was the amazing views from the bar. Big panoramic windows gäbe us a great view of the 20 meter long panoramic pool and the surrounding mountains. We could even see our ski slope, the tickets for which are included in the price. The room was stunning, very comfortable with amazing views. We could see the sun rise above the mountains while lying in bed. The Wellness facilities were great as well, a decent choice of saunas, the highlight being the two panoramic saunas with views over the valley and mountains. From a culinary perspective, it left little to be desired. Breakfast was amazing, great selection which leaves nothing to be desired. Lunch was usually on the lighter size, but very tasty. The highlight was the evening menu. You have a choice of three starters, three mains, and a dessert or two. And don't worry if you can't decide on a course. You can choose everything on the menu if like me, you bring good appetite. We can't wait to return, a great stay and great value for what you get! Thanks very much for the great stay

Our room was stunning, plenty of space very comfortable bed, great facilities and the most amazing views. We could see the sun rise above the mountains while lying in bed. The spa area was great as well, a very good choice of saunas, the highlight being the two panoramic saunas with views over the valley and mountains and of course the before mentioned pool. From a culinary perspective, it left little to be desired. Breakfast was amazing, great selection which leaves nothing to be desired. Lunch was usually on the lighter size, but very tasty. Followed by cakes and coffee in the afternoon. That said, the highlight was the evening menu. You have a choice of three starters, three mains, and a dessert or two. There is always a vegetarian, fish and meat option. And don't worry if you can't decide on a course. You can choose everything on the menu if like me, you bring good appetite. The cocktails at the bar in the evening were very good as well. We can't wait to return, a great stay and great value for what you get! Hervorragender SPA, sehr schön designte Zimmer, schöner Blick. Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls sehr gut, das Abendessen fällt allerdings etwas ab...nicht das es schlecht wäre, aber in anderen Hotels dieser Klasse (wir waren vorher im Gerstl in Südtirol) gibt es immer noch einen Gang mehr und mehr Raffinesse. Positiv: bis 17 Uhr sind Wasser/Säfte kostenlos. Sehr gute Mieträder (allerdings nicht direkt im Hotel)

Anlässlich meines Geburtstags sind wir im März für vier Tage im Hotel Bergkristall gewesen. Mein herzlicher Dank geht an das gesamte Team des Restaurants, das mich morgens mit einem festlich gedeckten Frühstückstisch überrascht hat. Überraschend war auch das Wetter: Am Tag unserer Ankunft hatten wir frühlingshafte Temperaturen, am Tag danach gab es einen Wintereinbruch. - Nur gut, dass das Hotel seit den letzten Umbaumaßnahmen über einen über 30 Grad warmen Skypool verfügt. Da ist man als Gast gegen jedes Wetter gewappnet 😄

An einem steilen Südhang etwas außerhalb von Oberstaufen gelegen, genießt man von allen Zimmern, dem Restaurant, dem Spa-Bereich incl. der an drei Seiten raumhoch verglasten Sauna und dem Infinity-Pool den unvergleichlichen Ausblick ins Tal, den Hochgrat und in der Ferne den Säntis. Herausragend ist die in allen Bereichen des Hotels gebotene Service-Qualität! Man hat das Gefühl, als Gast individuell umsorgt zu werden. Küche eine wahre Freude an Kreativität unter klarem regionalem Bezug, hervorragende Qualität des Angebots beim Frühstück. Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen perfekt durchgehalten. Wir freuen uns, uns in die offenbar große Zahl von Stammkunden einreihen zu dürfen.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in Panoramalage mit großem Infinity Pool und Saunen. Sehr persönlicher Service, der keine Wünsche offen lässt und zeigt, dass das Wohl der Gäste an oberster Stelle steht. Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielfältiges Angebot an Aktivitäten.
