The Coastal Chateau in Ocean City is an absolutely gem of a place and I cannot recommend it enough! First, the location can’t be beat; it’s ONE block from the beach and a short, beautiful walk to town filled with shops and cafes. Then, the place itself; with each room thoughtfully designed giving you your own little oasis to relax and unwind in whether you’re traveling with family, friends or significant other. Everything from the shared seating areas to the rooms, to the roof top deck, with stunning views, is so clean and meticulously maintained and cared for. It honestly feels like home when you’re there. They also thought of everything, mini fridges in the rooms, ice machine available, coffee in the break room, wine opener, hose to wash off sand from the beach, and there is parking available as well. The beds are very comfortable and excellent pillows as well, soft and fluffy. They also supplied stone and salt shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms so you don’t need to pack those. The owners are also the absolutely sweetest and extremely helpful and available to ensure you have everything you need. Truly had the best time and loved the place so much. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer it’s a MUST book and I plan to be back so soon!

My wife and I have enjoyed our beach annual beach vacation at Ocean City, New Jersey for the past two plus decades. We have rented homes or stayed in the Flanders Hotel. This summer we decided to book a five day stay for September at the Coastal Chateau. The old Atlantic Hotel was transformed into a lovely boutique hotel. It did not disappoint! The room we stayed in were luxurious; a two bedroom cottage with a kitchen. The main lobby was decorated for the fall, and we used the 24/7 coffee station quite often. We plan on returning to this establishment next year.

My husband and I were looking for a three night escape from every day routine, an early fall extension of summer beach fun. We have been going to Ocean City for decades. The Costal Chateau is beyond question at the top of the list for most enjoyable places to stay. A totally renovated old inn with extensive attention to detail. The rooms were large, the bed comfortable, and meticulously clean. The owners were very welcoming and quick to respond to any requests. Looking forward to our next visit.

This place is a gem! Stunning inside and out and the owners are amazing!! You will not be disappointed staying here!! Everything is top notch, beds are SO comfy and just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk!! If you’re debating, don’t, just book it!

This place was my savior. I was meeting a friend for some classes at Collective Vibes and don't live in the OC area. Ta have little getaway I booked a different hotel for price reasons. Checking in that hotel room the lights flickering and I was the only person on the property. There was no way I was staying there by myself for two nighs so I booked the Coastal Chateau right away. Had been there years aga under the Atlantis. As soon as I walked in had a sense of calm, peace and happiness. It gave me my hallmark dream with all of the Christmas decorations. I also felt very safe and at home. I read in the foyer and on the rooftop deck while enjoying the complimentary coffee. Everything has an intricate touch. It gave me the quiet reset I needed.

Love the decor of this place and the Christmas decorations were amazing…. Even had a Christmas tree and stockings hung by the fireplace in our room. And make sure to checkout the rooftop deck with comfy seating! Owners were very attentive to detail and welcoming…. We loved it!

Over this past weekend I stayed at Coastal Chateau with my friends. It was an amazing experience! The hotel is gorgeous! The owners Alyse and Lexi were the absolute sweetest and the most incredible hosts! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and they did an amazing job decorating their beautiful hotel! The entire place was so clean and so comfortable. Highly, highly recommend!! I cannot wait to bring my friends and husband back one day. Perfect girls overnight, romantic getaway, or family vacation!
