The condo is on the 3rd floor of a fourplex. In the rear of the property, via the alley, there is one (1) off-street parking space reserved for you and an outdoor shower. This is the third floor condo in a fourplex. You have access to our entire condo, a dedicated parking spot in the back of the building and the outdoor shower.
