Boardwalk/oceanfront with close walking proximity to the Ocean’s Calling music festival. Plenty of parking. Clean spacious rooms and adequate amenities like fridges, microwaves and coffee makers. Staff was helpful and pleasant. There is a restaurant/bar on site. Tip-Request an ocean view room on an upper level.

Everyone that works there was very pleasant and helpful. Great location and we will be back again. We had great weather, and it was the weekend of the Kite festival. Everything was very well maintained and clean. No problem with parking any time we left and came back

We have stayed many years in ocean city. This is our first year with park place and we booked a suite for a week and half. WoW were we pleased. The room was great. The staff was beyond excellent. We will tell everyone what an amazing stay we had. You can be certain that when we come next year we will only stay with you.

The best staff and hotel we've had to date Everyone was more than pleasant and willing to help. Room was perfect and so was the room service. The views from our balcony were unmatched. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a spot at Ocean city

Had a great time at Park Place. Pool was heated. A lot of parking space-right on boardwalk for easy access to the everything. Private balcony and coffee available in the lobby. Will stay there again. Beach was closed and the weather was not so great, but we still had a great time.

Great location for a quick family get away. It’s perfect location for traveling with children. The location is right on the boardwalk and quick access to beach and boardwalk. Hotel a little dated, but can overlook that because of convenience.

I always have a good experience and I always tell my friends to stay here when they come to OC but this time I was told to move my Jeep out of Handicap parking because I didn't have a blue handicap placard on my mirror I pointed out my disabled veteran license plate with a handicapped wheelchair on the plate and they still try to make me move my jeep. 2 phone call from the front desk and 2 visits showing the picture of my disabled veteran license plate finally some looked it up on the internet and they told me that I didn't have to move my vehicle. The excuse that the lady at the front desk gave me was she never seen a handicap license plate only blue placards. This lady looked like she was around my age I am 54 so I don't believe she has never seen a handicap License plate.

This hotel is in an amazing location within walking distance to the Jolly Roger pier, and bars. The room was clean. Though the hotel was sold out, it didn’t seem like it which was nice. It was quiet. We really liked the bar on the deck above the boardwalk overlooking the beach. Was great for an afternoon beer and a morning Bloody Mary. The craft cocktails were really good too!

Everything was clean and the bed was cozy. Didn't care for the new cocktail bar as it is expensive. Great views and friendly staff. We liked that they provide free beach chairs. Also you can rent bikes, but we were too comfortable and slept in everyday. We will return.
