Stayed here for a long weekend to visit a friend in Varna. The location was great, the beach and the public outdoor swimming pool were just across the street. We had a room on the first floor. The room was otherwise spacious but the gap between one side of the bed and wall was tiny and you couldn’t move the bed, so no getting out of the bed from that side. The bathroom was tidy, not very big but suffy. However, the water temperature changed from hot to cold while showering. Also the plumbing didn’t work so well. The wifi was very bad so ended up not using it. The same goes for the breakfast. There was some choice at the breakfast buffet but the quality was poor so we only ate there once. The staff was very stone faced, don’t expect a smile especially from the reception staff. Only one lady of the cleaning staff was returning a smile. The best things about this hotel are the location and general cleanliness.

AMAZING PLACE!!! Beautiful views of the Black Sea INCREDIBLE staff THE place to stay in Varna!!! You will NOT be disappointed! Smiles every day and always ready to help any situation! One of the staff gave me some medicine for a bad virus that had me almost incapacitated. Wow! Worked CRAZY!!! She will ALWAYS be my friend for life. Stay here You will NOT wish stay anywhere else.

We booked this hotel for March 9-13th 2023. What can I say.... just look at the pictures that I've posted. This hotel shouldn't even be advertised for reservations in the condition it's in. The hotel & ********** have both refused my refund. How they can refuse to refund me is absolutely disgraceful. All 4 walls of the hotel are covered in scaffhold & blanket. They have workers drilling all day long. The dust is horrendous. Totally unsafe. Beware if you are elderly, have a pram or wheelchair as you can't even get access to the backdoor of the hotel (which is the temporary entrance) as they have scaffhold poles in the way. The Hot tub is completely empty, the WiFi doesn't even work. Wow.... Again the pictures tell you all you need to know. Stay away at all costs!!!!!

Good hotel in the center of Varna. Very clean, big rooms, friendly staff. The hotel is situated close to the beach and to the old town and just 20 minutes from the airport. Free internet, also have jacuzzi and gym.

Under external refurbishment, so not much peace during working hours, but otherwise well designed, modestly priced, quieter than expected from its main road location. Staff really helpful and speak good English. Excellent cleanliness. Overall, a relaxing and satisfying experience.

Nice place. The hotel it’s clean and has a great location, just across the street from the beach. Room was ok, bathroom was also ok-ish. One big minus: noise. The beach clubs are near the hotel so don’t expect a silent stay. Parking was a bit of a downside. Breakfast was fine (10 leva/person/day).

Location pour 3 jours Hotel simple et propre, vue sur la mer. Réceptionniste très agréable Petit déjeuner très complet œufs viande céréales fruits ( mais pas de baguette) Proche des restaurants et du port Pas de parking ! ( juste 2 voitures)

L'hôtel Belle Epoque est un hôtel de charme qui comme son nom l'indique possède une architecture qui date des années 1920. Situé face à la mer et du parc attenant ainsi que du centre-ville, tout est accessible à pied. Le parking est par contre petit. L'accueil fût correct. La réceptionniste nous a fait le tour de l'établissement pour nous montrer la porte de nuit, où étaient le jacuzzi, le sauna et la salle de sports. Leurs présences sont appréciables ainsi que la terrasse. Les chambres sont rénovées et assez spacieuses. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas un meuble pour poser sa valise et un plateau de courtoisie aurait été appréciable. La salle de bain est par contre ancienne et serait à rénover. Petit-déjeuner assez complet et correct. Une adresse appréciable pour visiter Varna.
