Excellent property
My friends and I, total of 5, spent two nights at Peter’s place. Communication with Peter was excellent from the moment we booked. Check in was easy and the place was clean and cozy. The best was the location. We were within walking distance to everything, including the beach. I highly recommend this place and would book again.

Location, location, location
This great house is close to everything!
The beach is a short walk. Near all the restaurants. The house is comfortable and well appointed! Book this spot, you won't be disappointed.

Location, location, location
Fantastic location to explore Ogunquit. The house was clean and comfortable, and had some kids activities which was a bonus! The kitchen supplies (knives, pots/pans, etc) are a bit older and run down, but everything else was perfect. We would definitely book this property again in a heartbeat!

Host is very accommodating
The house is adorable, and it’s literally walking distance to everything and there is parking for three cars. The bedrooms are all upstairs in the bathroom is upstairs just in case someone is wondering. The host is very nice and responsive!

Girls Trip
Our group of 6 women had a fabulous trip together and the house was great for us - and was exactly as advertised. Location was great, communication was excellent and we really enjoyed the time we spent in the house! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Beautiful Property in the Heart of Ogunquit
Peter maintains a beautifully renovated small cape close to everything in Ogunquit. Everything about his VRBO listing is accurate. While his booking was pricey during our summer stay, he succeeds in providing a premium experience, from the updated interior with a great space for entertaining, to extra parking, a BBQ and picnic area, a lovely enclosed porch and excellent communications. Note that the house is close to Route 1 so adjacent traffic on summer weekends is omnipresent, but it is not audible inside the house. Please also note that the one bathroom is on the second floor. Would rent again without hesitation. Thank you Peter!
