Hotel doesn't have any Hot Spring / Onsen as advertised here. Disappointed as we book here because we would like to relax at hotel onsen. Pls remove the pics here as advertised you have onsen. Thank you so much.

I booked to stay for 2 nights, however, I can’t stay there anymore. The room is too small and too cold. We can hear the children talking, running and screaming upstairs. The parking area is separate from the hotel, it is very inconvenient.

可能是較少遊客的地方 感覺這家酒店是九州遊5晚酒店裡衛生較不友好的一家 浴室有看到頭髮碎 酒店較多日本本地人入住 附近餐廳不少 去了五十六屋晚飯 挺不錯的 泊車的話酒店建議在內街斜對面的停車場 是tower parking 一晚900日元 還好啦

大分酒店：Art Hotel Oita 員工服務： 態度正面，不錯，男女都笑面迎人👍👍👍 酒店： 1、停車問題：不知為何不能停酒店內部停車塲，要求斜對面的停車塲費用為日圓900。 2、免費送一人一杯香檳或咖啡，香檳不錯👍。 3、酒店周邊很多好吃的餐廳，嘉牛🐮👍👍👍 房間： 整體比較舊，缺乏保養； 洗手盆有頭髮，洗手間牆壁有多處黑邊； 地毯很多污垢； 檯面及床單很多黑點，幸好有自備一次性床單； 個人覺得住1晚是勉強可以的，住多1晚就有點難受。

出張で利用させて頂きました。お部屋も綺麗で、ウェルカムドリンク(スパークリングワインorコーヒー)が頂けるサービスが嬉しい😃✨ デスクも広いので、デスクワークもしやすいです！ 夜遅くに到着するとホテルの提携駐車場は満車になってますが、繁華街の為近隣駐車場は沢山あるので問題なしです。 朝食は、会社の予算の上限オーバーで利用できず😢またいつか朝食付きで利用したいです。

大分出張の際に利用しました。 駅から少しだけ歩きますが、繁華街の近くにあるのでご飯屋さんにも困ることない立地でした。 また、施設内もとても綺麗で快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフも親切でとてもよかったです。 大分行く際は、また利用したいと思います。

場所的にはとても便利なところでした。車の駐車についてはホテルに隣接してあるとのことですが、車の高さ的に一番離れた場所への駐車を説明されました。 止めれる条件をHPにでも載せていただけるとよかったなあと思いました。 場所的に仕方ないかもしれませんが深夜廊下がうるさかったです。 朝食もおいしくいただき、また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。
