unexpectedly had the best celebration of my birthday at this hotel. Everything is great from rooms to the staff, Cloi made my birthday special, she has been so sweet and I want to thank her for her birthday wishes and gift. I hope she liked our gift too!! I'll stay again when I come back!

Amazing staff !!!!! Very helpful and compassionate. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay there . Room was very very very clean and quiet. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. We travel a lot and this was by far the best experience we have had.

Me and my family stayed here for vacation and we had an amazing time. From check-in to check-out it was smooth. The manager had upgraded our room to a suite. As a Diamond member, we felt recognized and was given the best service. Also, we're grateful to Cloie for being helpful and nice especially to my kids. Whenever we passes by the front desk she would greet us and ask us how's our day or is there any thing she could help us with. This has never happened to any other hotels we've stayed at. Thank you Holiday Inn fort walton!

Everyone was so friendly and spoke to us every time they saw us. The bed was almost as good as being at home. I enjoyed that they had several pillows on the bed and you could choose soft or firm ones. Breakfast was great and fully stocked. Enjoyed the different eggs and meat every morning. There was juice and yogurt for the kiddos. They kept the coffee hot and full. Enjoyed the patio also

The staff was the nicest, friendliest most inviting that I have ever had the privilege of staying. Get a 10 out of 10. To many staff to thank but you were all fantastic from check in to check out. Breakfast was great and the guests were even helpful. Thank you again

My husband stayed here while I was in the hospital. The staff were so kind and gave him a gift to send to me at the hospital. The staff was also very generous at recognizing my silver status with IHG hotels. The rooms were very nice and clean also.
