Sea Oats 102 This wonderful condo has marvelous views of the Gulf of Mexico that will make your stay unforgettable! The living room opens up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. This condo can access the pool right outside the patio. There is also a grassy area between the patio and gate to the pool for children to play. This incredible retreat is decorated with beautiful drapery and artwork. The condominium's kitchen is well-appointed with up to date appliances and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table that will seat four people. The open living room houses a couch and loveseat, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and a video library. The main bedroom features a king bed, a private bath with a tub/shower combo, flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a bath with shower, flatscreen TV, and DVD player. For your convenience, there are beach chairs and umbrella stored in the unit and there is also an in-unit washer and dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs from March 1st - October 31st. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card.
