Okayama Ekimae Universal Hotel recensioner

A little walk from Okayama station but near AEON mall. There's no English Name of the hotel on site and just go with google map. Check in was fast, starts at exactly 4PM. Breakfast and Dinner are free🫰Room is big for Japanese standard. Stayed for 2 nights as a base for my Kurashiki and Takamatsu itinerary.

Had good dinner , dinner last order at 830pm with 2 sets of choices , breakfast start at 630am buffet style, coffee machine out of order, female onsen need to get key from reception counter and use another lift to go up , washing machine is 300 yen and dryer 100yen , able to communicate with simple English. Near to Aeon mall. Okayama JR take East exit

Dissapointed:- Aound 6 steps to access the hotel. NOT recommended for those with heavy luggage and those with wheelchair. There is no hotel porter. Staff cannot speak English especially the lady at front desk. The meal is extremely lousy and serve like factory worker eating at like canteen area. No hot water available at the dining area Seats are just infront of the check in reception and a few steps there are some tables near the buffet, but must bear the smell. Avoid the 14th floor as they park all their linen/towels just outsude the bedrrom and cover with a white cloth. Quite scary if you check in at night

great budget business hotel with bath, dinner and breakfast included, I have stayed in couple in Japan and they were simple but cost efficient

There is a hot spring which is a nice place I think. And it has a sauna room also inside the hot spring. It was separate between the Female and Male. The food is good, but no so much choice. Although you can said what your restrictions to the kitchen staff.

Good location about 750 meters from the Okayama station. The service was good, standard to the Universal hotels (such as the one in Kyoto) includes breakfast and dinner which are filling and tasty. The room was larger than the Kyoto one.

Simple stay, close to station. With this budget including breakfast is very nice, breakfast was ok... But please do not use ur own cup to get drink even u want to be eco, the staff will throw ur drink away

No wifi in room SPA onsen is unavailable

進到飯店大廳需要先下樓梯才能checkin ，行動不便者或是想帶長輩們的非常需要考慮一下。 房間很明亮寬敞，可以直接攤開兩個29吋行李箱都沒問題，廁所的話幾乎每間飯店都很小，盥洗用具都有附，吹風機的部分是拴在牆壁上固定式的，風量很小髮量較多的要吹很久。 冰箱的部份打開竟然沒有任何東西好失望，連一瓶水都沒有。 飯店位置離車站走路約10分內。 想要逛大型購物中心附近就有一家超近的（AEON Mall） 走路約5分，非常方便，就算下雨天也不用怕。

離岡山站步行約5-10分鐘，可從有地下通道直達超級大永旺然後過天橋就到，超級優越的地理位置，包早晚餐，wifi速度快，但大浴場環境沒有姬路同牌子的好，但這個價錢下我真覺得除了避雷聖體的人應該沒啥可以挑剔的了

酒店有些舊，而且酒店大堂要往下步行拾多級樓梯才到達，對於攜帶大型行李箱的旅客來說，相當不便。前枱員工表達能力差，在溝通上有很大問題。住了兩天，早餐和晚餐的食券要逐日跟前枱職員索取，而且是在指定的時間才能領取，食物質素一般，地氈上有很多毛髮，把我的毛毛睡拖沾上了很多毛髮，估計是很久沒有吸塵了，女性温泉正在維修中，不能使用，讓人感到非常失望，唯一優點就是價錢平，下次不會再考慮入住了。
