We are located just a 2-minute walk from the East Exit of Okayama Station, and the hotel is surrounded by a large shopping mall and downtown area, making it very convenient. There is no need to worry about dining, sightseeing, or shopping.However, the entire hotel is air-conditioned at once, so it is not possible to adjust the air conditioning in each room, which may cause some inconvenience.During the change of seasons, we switch between air conditioning, ventilation, and heating depending on the time of day in consideration of the outside temperature.We would appreciate your understanding that it is difficult to improve the situation immediately due to the facilities and equipment, so we will provide blankets, heaters, and cool air blowers for your use.We understand that this is not an immediate solution, but we will make every effort to improve our services so that many of our guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
