Staff are excellent again, room was clean, bed comfy, hot water and a TV, what more can you ask for! Yes the hotel could do with some modernisation, which I believe will be happening soon. But it has everything you need and the staff are very helpful.

Our stay at Sourton cross Travel Lodge Okehampton in Devon was lovely, Very friendly Staff, very helpful changing rooms so we did not have to climb stairs for my Disabled son, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, there is a Waitrose,Burger King, and Greggs, bakers on the doorstep,beuitful views of the moors, a very comfortable stay, we would recommend this Travel Lodge.

A very pleasant stay at this travelodge, staff were very helpful & knowledgeable, my room was clean and we’ll aired, a good nights sleep, would stay there again. Car parking was good, with plenty of spaces, on site facilities were also very good.

Extremely friendly, professional and efficient staff and a very warm welcome at check-in. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a lovely view over the countryside. Great location. I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to recommend Travel Lodge Okehampton Sourton Cross.

Sarah on reception who I can honestly say was very professional, very kind, very friendly and very helpful, what a joy to be welcomed by such an upbeat receptionist. Beds were really comfortable and our view from our room was a treat for our eyes, being from London it was a joy to see all the cows and sheep in the field.

I stay at this Travelodge every year when on holiday and to visit family. Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. The staff were friendly and nothing seemed too difficult. Terri, the manager and Scott, the supervisor, were welcoming and friendly. Terri was so patient and helpful with what we thought was a minor WiFi glitch. I paid for an additional WiFi add-on and although she was unable to initially help, she guided me through the steps of contacting the Travelodge WiFi service. I did this and the professional team that handles your WiFi quickly and efficiently solved the issue. I had a lovely stay and holiday and have booked again to return very soon. I believe that a hotel stay makes the holiday…and hats off to the staff here to help make my stay memorable in the best way!

Hotel needs updating to 21st century, not enough power points, poor Internet. Room was clean but toilet was filthy under the rim, and hand wash dispenser in both room was empty. I request room be serviced on both days only done once and even then towels were not changed as requested. The only thing going fir the place was the friendly staff when you could find them. Wont be using here again despite convenience for my future needs. 2 star hotel is better than it deserves.

I thought Travelodge would be grim. Anything but. Shout-out to the reception and cleaning staff. Clean, functional and safe. WiFi was okay. Helpful and prompt when we asked for an extra towel because our three bed room and occupancy had two.
