This place is beyond gross. 1. The carpet on every level is dirty with random food and trash. 2. Upon entering our room the bathroom had the previous occupants stuff still inside. Which means they did not clean the room or if they did it was done horribly. 3. The bathroom also has a mysterious red circular stain. Could be makeup or it could have been blood. No idea. 4. The bed sheets also definitely had blood on them as well. Which again means they did not clean the rooms. 5. I reported also this and Marriott not the hotel mngt has remedied these issues. I call but they avoid and do not respond. Would not recommend

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. So bad, we left and stayed elsewhere. Mold in the ice bucket, mildew on the ceiling, filthy fridge, toilet, and bathtub. Everything was dusty. Smelled terribly.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn Quail Spring for one night while traveling for vacation. When I arrived, there was no one at the Front Desk and Had to wait for a couple of minutes for the clerk to arrive and check me in. The Clerk was helpful and Professional but seem to be unfamiliar with the area and could not recommend any place to eat other than the IHOP Next Door. My room was dated but did appear to be clean. The bed was well made and comfortable for me. This hotel is located adjacent to a busy street and there was considerable road noise. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and slow. I did not have breakfast opting only for a cup of coffee to go.

Room was smelly, TV don't have remote, staff changed the room but it was smelly like moist smell when room is closed and AC is on due to humidity the smell will be there. Good thing was they gave bag in that 2 water bottle and Hersey chocolate bar was there and no other hotel gave that. But room was ok not best according to brand name.

The only good part was the man at the front dez who tried to accommodate us every way possible letting us try 5 different room which all had things wrong with the wet bead gum dirt Would not recommend

Staff was friendly and pleasant. Hotel was clean and kept well. Close to many restaurants and a mall. Breakfast was well stocked at the time we were there. We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield and we will be back soon.

This hotel needs some work. The room didn't seem clean. Loose hair in the bath (not mine). The linens were ripped. A pretty good location but you have to go thru another hotels parking lot to get to it. Probably won't stay here again.

Worst stay I have ever had at a hotel!!!!! This hotel does not care about guest safety. One of elevators was broken and the other one had water all over the floor. I told them about it aas my 82 year old mother almost fell. Never did clean it up. Room was so hot we had to leave at 5 a.m. Tried to get a coffee before we left very rudely told to leave food area… it was not open. Yet they did have coffee. Double billed our credit car and over a month and a half later and numerous phone calls and emails it has never been taken care of. Do not stay here … there are many hotels around this area.

Had the hotel cancel my daughter's reservation without notice. Only way I found out was calling the hotel to pay for her room and was told it was cancelled. Tried to speak to the GM, but never would call back. Just a side note, my daughter is 29 and I am in hotel management. Would not rebook at the same rate either.
