SpringHill Suites Oklahoma City Quail Springs

Great location, great staff and all clean.

We were there for four days. There was only one elevator working for three of those days. There was no communication about it during checkin or any other time. The shutdown the working elevator one evening and did not warn anyone. No signs on elevator. We were on a high floor and this was not ideal. The hotel carpets are need to be cleaned. We had multiple stains in our room. The breakfast was average. They did not fill the coffee pots unless you asked.

First and foremost, let me shout out the staff. Jonathan, Stephanie, Natasia, and Shane. They were all so attentive and went above and beyond to help. Sorry if I misspelled anyone's name. I travel quite often, and it's hard to find good customer service. Stellar service. Anytime we asked for extra towels, pillows, etc, it was never a problem. Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping, and the highway. If you're traveling with children, there is an outdoor swimming pool to keep them occupied. Overall, our experience was pleasant, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to OKC.

Was in town for a business trip and had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable, and breakfast had the best cheddar biscuit sandwich. I asked for a late check in - and had no problem when I arrived after 11pm. I like how large the rooms are with separate seating are and work space, away from the sleeping area.

Horrible, terrible, horrific. This hotel is filthy and dilapidated. They do not take care of or properly manage this hotel. Staff can be difficult to locate at times, and when you do manage to find them, they seem uninterested. The hallways and rooms are unkempt and dirty. There are several room numbers that are written in Sharpie. There's no way this building is up to code. It's a health hazard. Everything is stained: the walls, the couch, the office chair, the shower, the carpet, the linens, and even the new towels. You should stay away from this hotel at all costs since it is so filthy and disgusting. They do not take care of it at all. Save your money and time, and stay elsewhere.

The hotel is a franchised marriott. As a result, they do not provide the same services. The elevator, was broken. Our room #409, the sofa was clearly broken as the middle sofa pillow was below the the other pillows, so you could only sit on one end of the sofa. The electrical did not work in the suite. At first, we thought the light was out, but it was all the outlets. Two of us tried to get on the wifi and it was so slow that Google finally knocked us off. Thanksgiving evening we came in and wanted to visit in the lobby and the had put all the chairs up so no one could sit in the lobby. For a marriott, this is a poor reflection. Marriott needs to review their franchise with this management team.
