This stay was booked while traveling to OKC via Hilton Honors. We specified that we needed a room with 2 beds and a pull out bed to which we were told that all the rooms had that accommodation. When we arrived, we were placed in a room with no couch / pull out bed. We called front desk to explain what we were told and that we needed the room accommodations that we requested. We were advised that since we booked through Hilton Honors we would have to take that up with them, as the front desks hands were tied. 2 LONG and frustrating calls to Hilton Honors later (it was late, kids needed to be in bed as there are sports events in the early morning and there was a language barrier as well as the operators not being convinced that not all the rooms had a couch nor that the front desk couldn’t handle it) we were finally moved into a room that matched what we were told we were getting. I feel like this only happened because of Charles (front desk) and Oceasha (assistant manager). Those 2 saved our opinion of this entire experience. Room needed an extra cleaning (bathroom, fridge, and sink area as well as the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed and was told the part wasn’t in) but it was comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we were promptly delivered the extra blankets we asked for. We will continue to use Home2 because it fits our family size, but we’ve learned to double check accommodations…
